환불받고 싶습니다
구독 갱신됐는데 안썼습니다. 이번달 결제된 것도 결제취소하고 싶습니다. 플랜은 해지했습니다
공개된 커뮤니티 게시판에서는 사용자의 계정, 플랜 계약, 결제 정보를 공유할 수 없기 때문에 커뮤니티 게시판을 통해 계정확인, 결제, 취소, 환불 절차를 받기는 어렵습니다.
