hay my animate plan is changed audition plan

i bought animate plan in animate program but it cant be start

and than audition plan activated

wtf i dont need that

i need animate, not audition

even didnt hear about audition plan 

guys An and Au seems silmilar but its too critical mistake

give me my animate plan
