I hope this message finds you well.
I recently discovered that I had an active subscription, but I have not used any of the
services since April, I guess.
Unfortunately, I missed the cancellation window. However, I sincerely request a refund or fee waiver, as the product was never used. I am including this request as an exceptional case, based on non-usage.
I would truly appreciate your kind consideration and understanding in this matter.
