Refunds and repayments

Hello, I am a student in Korea.

I paid for the student plan, but I can't use it. Even worse, I couldn't use it when I urgently needed it.

I'm curious as to why I can't use it, and I want a solution.

I would like to cancel the previously paid amount and pay again with a 60% student discount.
