Request for a Refund on Adobe Photoshop Subscription

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to request a refund on my Adobe Photoshop subscription.
Here is the situation:
I subscribed to Adobe Photoshop in December last year and paid for a monthly subscription fee.
Unfortunately, Photoshop could not be installed on my laptop for some reason, and I have not been able to use it at all.
Due to an oversight, I failed to cancel the subscription, and my bank account has been charged approximately 60,000 KRW per month since then.
I would like to know if it is possible to receive a refund for the unused subscription period. I understand that there may be policies in place regarding refunds, but I would appreciate it if you could review my case and consider my request.
