Request for Refund Due to Unexpected Renewal
Hello,
I recently noticed that my Adobe Premiere Pro subscription was automatically renewed and charged today, May 24th. I was quite surprised, as I believed I had not enabled auto-renewal and was under the impression that the subscription had already ended.
For reference, my original subscription started on April 24th, and the billing period shown on my receipt was April 24th to May 23rd. Since a full month had passed without any charge until today, I assumed the plan had not been set to renew.
As I no longer plan to use the service and have not used it since the renewal, I kindly request a refund for this recent charge. I would appreciate your understanding and assistance with this matter.
