Request for Refund of Price Difference After Student Plan Renewal
Dear Adobe Support,
I have been using the Adobe Creative Cloud All Apps 100GB plan under the student pricing, paying KRW 23,100 per month.
Recently, I was charged KRW 47,300 due to the expiration of my previous student status upon my undergraduate graduation. However, I have now enrolled in a graduate program and have submitted my new class schedule to verify my continued eligibility for the student plan, which has already been updated on my Adobe account.
Therefore, I kindly request:

To switch my current plan back to the student rate of KRW 23,100 per month.

A refund of the difference of KRW 24,200 from the recent charge of KRW 47,300.
