​Subject: Refund Request: Adobe Scan Premium Subscription Due to Persistent App Crashes

​To Whom It May Concern,

​I am writing to formally request a full refund for my recent 1-year Adobe Scan Premium subscription.

​Despite subscribing only a few days ago, I have been unable to use the service. The app consistently crashes and displays a "Bug detected" error message every time I attempt to scan a document. I have tried to resolve this issue and restarted the process at least three times, but the app continues to shut down unexpectedly.

​Since the service is currently unusable due to these technical failures, I would like to cancel my annual subscription and receive a full refund immediately.

​Details for reference:

​Problem: Frequent app crashes/bugs preventing any scanning.

​Subscription Type: 1-Year Premium.

​Device: Android (image attached as proof).
