Subject: Refund Request: Adobe Scan Premium Subscription Due to Persistent App Crashes

I am writing to formally request a full refund for my recent 1-year Adobe Scan Premium subscription.
Despite subscribing only a few days ago, I have been unable to use the service. The app consistently crashes and displays a "Bug detected" error message every time I attempt to scan a document. I have tried to resolve this issue and restarted the process at least three times, but the app continues to shut down unexpectedly.
Since the service is currently unusable due to these technical failures, I would like to cancel my annual subscription and receive a full refund immediately.
