There is a problem with genuine product registration.

I threw away my old laptop and am using a new laptop.
I'm trying to use the serial number that was installed on my existing laptop.
I entered the serial number when installing the program, but it says it is a trial version.
So I tried registering the product on the Adobe website, but it said the number was already in use.
Is there a solution?

    Call or chat with Customer Service and provide your serial number.

    You need to make sure that your version of the product is supported.
