포토샵과 일러스트레이터는 클라우드 문서에 원활하게 저장하고 불러올 수 있지만, 어도비 XD는 최근 몇 일 동안 계속해서 Creative 연결이 해제되었다는 오류 메시지가 나타나며 클라우드에서의 저장 및 불러오기 작업이 정상적으로 이루어지지 않고 있습니다. 😓

고객센터에서 제안한 대로 캐시를 %temp% 통해 지우고 Creative와 XD를 제거한 후 다시 설치해봐도 문제가 해결되지 않습니다. 가끔 "죄송합니다, 이 문서를 열 수 없습니다"라는 메시지가 표시됩니다.... 😔

Photoshop and Illustrator smoothly save and retrieve documents in the cloud, while Adobe XD has been continuously displaying an error message stating that the Creative Cloud connection has been disconnected for the past few days, causing issues with saving and retrieving documents in the cloud. 😓

I've tried clearing the cache as suggested by the customer service, and even uninstalling both Creative Cloud and XD, but it hasn't resolved the problem. Sometimes, it displays a message saying, "Sorry, we can't open this document." 😔"
