I want to delete the first page of the document, once the document is signed.I have tried using a script in the "This script executes when field is signed":          this.deletePages();I have also tried creating a script for "On Blur" in the signature field: var f = this.getField("Requestor Signature");var status = f.signatureValidate();if (status > 2) {  this.deletePages();}Neither has worked.

Hello, this problem is part of an ongoing issue that I have been addressing after getting a new computer that has a high resolution 1920x1080 screen and is running Windows 10. The sizes of icons, fonts, everything are far too small to read comfortably at 100% or even 125% zoom. Therefore, I have selected over 150% zoom in the windows settings for "Change the size of text, apps, and other items". This causes issues with almost all of the applications, which become blurry at the higher zoom setting. However, right clicking on the desktop icon > properties > compatibility tab > checking "Disable display scaling on high DPI settings" seems to fix most of the problems with blurry text. I'm not sure if this is related, but the last issue I have is this: When I go to the Edit > preferences window, something like 15-20% of the window is hanging below the screen, and even if I resize the window, no scroll bar pops up. I can't hit Apply (or OK, or whatever else is down there) because

what is the javascript validation code for multiples of 6.  I have created a fillable order form in acrobat and certain items can only be ordered in multiples of 6. So i want the quantity field to only accept numbers that are divisible by 6.  thanks

Using Acrobat DC Professional with Windows 7 and trying to set Bookmarks to items on the lower half of a page we discovered that even with View / Page Display / Enable Scrolling and Show Gaps between Pages selected, the view will not allow us to show the bottom of one page and the top of the next page as shown below. Document properties are set to Single Page Continuous. I accidentally discovered that if I first turn on Automatically Scroll and then turn it off I can scroll anywhere and bookmark any view even the one below.Is there a way I could duplicate this effect using Javascript on file open?I'm looking for some help to code a Javascript to run Auto Scroll and then immediately turn it off, returning to top of the file. Hi,Have a form with 2 fields and a button. When filling in the fields and pressing the button, the button is hidden and the form is flatten. That is, it did in previous versions of Acrobat. I have an add-in that adds a toolbar to acrobat. This toolbar contains 3 buttons. Based on the active document, some of these buttons should be visible, and others should not be.When I add the button to the toolbar I am using the AVToolButtonSetCompteVisibleProc function to set my visible callback. In a very simple example I have set my callback to simply return false. When debugging the code, I can see that this callback is called, however the effect is that the button is disabled, not hidden.The version of acrobat is Acrobat Pro DC Version 2018.011.20063

I understand that saving thumbnail images of pages in files was eliminated to reduce file size. However the current state of viewing pdf documents in thumbnail view could be drastically improved by not having to redraw thumbnails every time the scroll bar is moved so that a thumbnail goes offscreen and a new thumbnail pops up.  Also, having to redraw every thumbnail if a single page is rotated makes no sense.Obviously this is not an issue if you only have 5 or six thumbnails, but if you've dragged the thumbnail pane wide enough to get an overview of an 80 page document, this can be really, really annoying, especially if you're editing the document by moving pages around.Could someone with some clout please fix this very easy problem?Thank you very much!

Hello everybody!I'm elaborating 8 millions of hand made index cards (paper, size A6 approximately) for a dictionary, that have been scanned as pictures, saved as  PDF (400 dpi, color) and gathered in documents of nearly 100 pieces each. I have therefore nearly 75.000 single documents. The next step is the digitalization of the content of each card, passing their standard informations in a kind of a relational database. I want do automatize this process as much as possible. (If I accelerate the process of elaborating a single card of 1 sec., it means I have saved 7,5 millions of seconds = 270 working days of 8 hours! I was able to get the formula to work using the simplified notation calculator, but it was giving me the format error message. Per my code below, I am trying to calculate ((V1+V2)/V1) -1. But it is not calculating anything. Dear Community,I am searching for a method to automate a working process with PDF files. The automation should be able to open a bunch of PDFs out of a folder, split them into single files and automatically search for a string and a date, combining the corresponding PDFs together und "safe as" the PDF files in another folder.Is there any way to do so without the need of a key?Do I need the SDK for that?Can I simply script it in C++ as kind of a macro like in MS office?Do I have to let it be certified by adobe?Do I need to be certified to create such a routine?What are my options in this case?Thank you very much and regardsMathieu

I have a field where I would like people to enter their payment card expiry date.I've set the format of the field as a date, formatted mm/yyI am trying to have the default value of the field as 'mm/yy' so users can type the correct format instead of finding the date in the calendar. My problem is that I am getting the error saying that the default value does not match. Can anyone help me with this?

What I’d like to do is have a text field which will change its text value and text colour, depending on the value inputted into another field.I have a text field in which a user will copy and paste a value which they have acquired - in this case it will be a hash value. There are expected reference hash values, and those acquired by the user during tests should ideally match these, but of course they may not. Hello! I have a pdf calculations form, based on a previous calculation table designed in Excel. Presently, the Excel file was changed by its author in an interactive pdf one, with formulas transposed in the Javascript language. The trouble is that  the calculations done automatically in the pdf form (basic on the same inputs) generate some differences in the final results, comparing with the similar ones calculated in the Excel one. They are given in the pdf because keeping only the integers, rounding the medium / final values etc, based on the Javascript formulas. My question is whether /  how could I solve this trouble, considering that the calculations from my excel workfile are quite complex and the reference values may not be changed. Thank you! I have a simple subtraction calculation (A-B=C) that worked fine until I designated these fields as either shown/hidden based on the response to a radio button. If radio button 1 is clicked, the fields for A, B, and C are "shown". If any of the other radio buttons (button 2 or button 3) are clicked, A, B, and C are hidden. Once I added this script, the C field no longer calculates. Can anyone help?

I am using Adobe Acrobat XI on Windows 10 Pro.  The Add Text box appears to be at the right height, but when I click away, the text drops about 3/4 of a line lower.  Problem just started today.  Is there a way to adjust the location of the text box so that it is predictable?Thank you.-John
