Hi,  Im trying to generate a document in word using the Adobe Document Generation plugin, using the json data as below. When I click on generated document I get the error as in screenshot below. I have a list of 8 similar documents and only those 2 of the 8 are erroring. The JSON data being sent is the same for all 8 of the documents, so I don't think the error is there. I don't see anything in the documents themselves that might cause errors either.

Hi, I'm wondering if it possible to create a DRAFT of a Agreement using Adobe Sign connector via Power Automate. My goal is to create an Agreement in DRAFT status, and send a link to the sender to edit/complete the Agreement before sending it to signers.Thank you.-Ivan

I tried everything, including content in binary and base64. the zip file contains only the index.html file and thats it. Using Powerautomate. Thank you so much. 

I am trying to populate a Word document template from a Microsoft Forms response I am doing this using the "Generate document from MSFT Forms data and Word template, send via E-mail" flow in Power Automate which uses the  "Adobe PDF Services" connector. All the template fields get filled-in fine if the form field is a single text field line, but if any field is a textarea... called "Long answer" in Forms, this results in an "Invalid Parameter" error.  I cannot find any information on how to insert the relevant field in the json in such a way as it does not throw the error each time. Has anyone else had this problem and can you suggest anything we could try? TIA

Hoewver, I have a premium account now in Power Automate which grants me the Adobe preemium actions.How can I change the connection to use the premuim account and not the Adobe trial?Thank you!

Hi everyone,I am trying to convert Pdf to Docx via Adobe services API, I followed the sample here https://developer.adobe.com/document-services/docs/overview/pdf-services-api/howtos/export-pdf/. After getting output, it look fine as first, but when I check it in XML format, almost everyword become its own element, so it doesn't maintain the original sentence, paragraph anymore. Is there any option to keep the elements together as it should be? Regards,James Nguyen

Hello Community,I'm trying to figure out the licensing terms of the .NET Adobe.PDFServicesSDK. The package itself just references  some generic Adobe terms https://www.adobe.com/legal/terms.html. While the developer docs section about licensing and terms seem to only cover the web API itself, but not the SDK library to access it (https://developer.adobe.com/document-services/docs/overview/limits/) Both the links seem not to be applicable to the SDK library, at least I'm not able to determine anything specific that would cover the use and distribution as part of a commercial software product. However, I do think Adobe's intentions are for those SDK's to be used freely. As a mater of fact, I have found the python variant of the SDK is open source and licensed under Apache 2.0. Can someone please help me clarify the license terms of Adobe.PDFServicesSDK and if it can be freely used as part of a commercial software product?Thanks

I'm just starting work with the PDF services API in my python project, and I'd successfully extracting elements from a PDF, but only a portion of the extracted tables are in CSV files (the rest being screenshots). Are there limitations to extracting tables into CSV files and the screenshots are a backup, or how can I try to get exclusively CSVs out of my PDF so I can work with that data?

I am using the Document Generation tool with a text field that contains line breaks, the json file aslo contains line breaks but when the word document is being generated the linr breaks are being removed and the text is all in one line. How do I kee the line breaks?The json is "ROB_Special_Conditions__c" : "Test 1 \n Test 2 \n Test 3 \Test 4"The output is Special conditions:Test 1 Test 2 Test 3 Test 4

Hi Team, I am exploring the free 'trial' version of PDF Services API. Uploaded many PDFs to understand the Extract PDF API functionality. Please confirm me whether the uploaded PDFs should be stored (temporary or permanent) anywhere in Adobe servers?If yes, please share the path of the storage location.If it is not stored permanently, how it will be processing like memory or cache? And also how we know the number of documents uploaded in a month because it's limited for trial version. Thanks        

Hi all, I have been using the PDF Embed API on my website for a while now and it has been working perfectly until this past week. Here is a quick overview of my usecase so that you can better understand my problem. 1. I generate a new PDF file from a PDF template file on my Python backend via a few different open source PDF manipulation libraries.2. The Python libraries allow me to fill in the PDF template file fields with some data. (The PDF template file is a an acrobat form)3. After this my client side application loads the PDF embed SDK and renders the newly generated PDF form which allows users to continue editing the form fields. This process has been working for me for several months and just this past week the PDF Embed SDK started throwing a new error. The error is being thrown from a Web Assembly file and is something along the lines of stating that the file is corrupt. The file loads fine into the PDF Embed iFrame but the form fields are no longer visible nor

Our company is currently developing an application that requires the utilization of Adobe PDF Services API .NET SDK for searching and indexing use cases. Currently, we are using the 500 transactions/month free tier because the said application is still in development, yet we need to get the enterprise pricing so we can publish it to Production. We intended to use this application for internal only. Our company processes an average of 3-5 million documents per month.I already submitted the contact form, yet, no response. I keep sending the form once a week. I even tried reaching out to an authorized reseller yet they offered me an Adobe Acrobat Pro license. The same was offered to me when I reached out to a Sales Agent in Adobe Chat.Can anyone help me? I understand that Adobe PDF Services API Enterprise pricing can only be obtained via direct purchase from Adobe (ETLA).

Hi all, our Power Automate flows still use the "old" JWT credentials. I was trying to find a way how to upgrade/migrate/transfer them to the Client ID/Client Secret authentication method. Unforatunately, I did not find any suitable documentation on this. The only documentation I was able to find includes hyperlinks to the developer area, where I can create new projects. But that's not what I need. I don't have any projects. I have a bunch of Power Automate flows, which need to be updated to use the new authentication mehtod.Means: how can I create  a new Client ID/Client Secret pair baseed on the JWT creds of our paid subscription? Any hint is much appreciated.

Quite a few months ago I created a Power Automate flow which does the following:1. Query Sharepoint site for docx files2. Convert each docx file to pdf 3. Store the content of the converted pdf file to an array variable4. Merge pdfs in the array variable and save as a new file Since being built, this flow has worked 100% of the time. However, it has been failing since last week and this is the error:I have verified that the content of the files are not the issue and all of the files are being converted to PDF from docx, it is only the Merge PDF action that is failing. Has anyone seen this before? I checked Adobe's site to see if there were service issues and none were listed.Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I have created two Power Automate flows, which technically merge up to 15 PDF files into a single PDF file. This flows runs daily. Most of the flows runs are successful, but every now and then, I receive the following error message: Code: 400Message: "The response is not in a JSON format."innerError: "HTTP Status 400 – Bad Request" I checked the involved PDF files (the files that should be merged) and there appears to be no issue with those files. I can open all of them and the same is true for the account used to execute the flow.I also checked the input used to feed the "Merge PDF" activity and I did not see an error or issues. Based on the rror message, I would assume something went wrong in the internal communication of the "Merge PDF" activity and the Adobe Servers, but I neeed to understand, what exactly went wrong so avoid this awkward error.Anny ideas or hints are much appreciated
