Hey,I wish there would be an easy way to organize all files easily. I use all sorts of data types – desktop (Photoshop, Illustrator, Animate) and mobile (Fresco, etc.). It is tough to organize all data. I don't want to think about the tool I used to create the file. I want to organize all creations in project folders. It is impossible right now.Thank you for the great tools! Please clean up the cloud storage mess. 😉
I created folders and save my files in those. When I view my files on the "Cloud Document" section, I see a list of files (regardless in which folder those are saved in), and a list of folders under the list of files. So what is the point of having folders if I cannot view the hierarchy (same as in windows explorer)?
Sometimes, i'd like a client to upload a 2GB asset file through to me through the asset website. The option right now would be to sync it up, but i don't want my client to download the CC destop app, i want him to be able to do it all within a browser. Have the upload limit be like 20 gigs rather than 1GB
I'd like to be able to create a direct download link for a file on my adobe assets page. To clarify - a direct download link is a download whereby the link does not re-direct you to the adobe.assets.com website, but simply downloads the file automatically in the browser without any user input. This would be usfull for clients - who for some of them i have to explain to them how to download a file
Allow "folder size" to be shown to us (user) in the Creative-Cloud-Web screen (online browser view)
Because I can not copy my external hard drive and pass it all to the Adobe Creative Cloud cloud because here it says a warning that they do not leave because only individual that can not be for example as dropbox I select the whole folder the external hard drive and I upload it all the files to the cloud but the adobe creative cloud does not leave it can solve that please thanks.Javier Frasser
When people appreciate my Behance projects, or they add them to a moodboard, I get bombarded with notifications from the desktop CC app. It seems like there should be an option to opt out of these Behance notifcations. Currently there is no way to do so. If you think about it, the CC Desktop app is all about collaborating and downloading the tools in order to actually make your work. Behance is all about sharing that online with others. They don't need to be forcibly interlinkedIt would be great to have an option to turn off Behance notifications from within the CC app.
I have several icons in XD with a layer's name to recognize which icon is. If I add one by one to my library (or CC library) it works correctly: I have the assets in the library with the corresponding name. But I need to add several of them as multiple assets. So if a select all of them and add them to the library, the library takes all the icons together as a group and not as isolated assets. Could you help me with this? In fact, what I need is the same functionality of "Assets Export" that you have the option to add assets "Generate one asset" or "Generate as multiple assets" and keep the layer's name. Makes sense?
I am not able to see/upload select folders from external into the cloud. It is not intuitive. The drop down window when clicking the icon in the bar on a mac also does not allow me to access any synced files/photos It only shows 'work' or a few items ive messed with in photo shop. This update is killing me. Also, every time you've done an update the content source changes, Adobe tries to copy its content to the Mac hard drive VS external. This absolutely confuses lightroom and I've had to manually find individual photos to edit from the files.
On https://assets.adobe.com/files or somewhere on the assets website, you should be able to see how much of your storage is used specifically by lightroom.Otherwise it causes 30-minute + calls to Adobe customer support to figure out why storage is being used, despite there being zero files in the assets tool.
not easy to download a group of files from your server. i checked all the boxes and not group download option . not really easy to post a general comment either
It would be nice to open a shape file on mu phone and send it to the photoshop mobile app on the iPad At the moment every share to the iPad fails. Even sending link will only open a generic ikon instead of a file. What’s up with that?
In Adobe XD I love the functionality of linked components, but I want to be able to manage them using local files rather than cloud documents.
It would be amazing to have the option to upload websites to test them or share them with clients so they have a live preview.
Professional image editors and photographers, would use their included cloud storage more often for customer presentations or to collect feedback on their work if the preview images would actually be sharp. The only reason I'm currently forced to use other services like picdrop.com is because the preview images in Adobe CC's web-based asset viewer look very unsharp, especially on high-res displays. If you could manage to generate sharp image previews, professionals would be able to use the cloud storage to collect customer feedback without constantly receiving complains about the pictures being unsharp.I've attached two examples, so you can take a closer look.
Adobe Team, Are you KIDDING me that you can only download one photo at a time from Creative Cloud? You need to get this right. It needs to be EASY to DOWNLOAD BATCHES OF PHOTOS. Say for example, you have a thumb drive and you want to download, say, 300 photos onto it from a folder on creative cloud. This should be EASY. Get it right. I'll be searching for other options for my cloud storage.
DOWNLOADING"billion dollar company" still can't get it right ... wow.. YOU NEED: 1 click to download a folder that is shared, what a HUGE let down you cant get this
I opened my account in Germany to purchase a monthly photostock plan.I have since moved to Vietnam and still pay Germany VAT.How can I move my account to South East Asia and be charged in US$ without Germany VAT. If I try to stop my subscription, I would loose all my already paid for but not yet downloaded images. This is actually illegal under EU law. Why would you not allow me to download unused pictures after cancelling a subscription? Please advise.
Are you kidding me????? It takes no less than 4 clicks to download a single Jpg file. The whole idea of converting the jpg to png before download isn't a terrible idea but it needs to be done in a way that doesn't require another click if you don't want to convert the file.
Fix the ongoing issue on OSX where for no reason CreativeCloud defaults the folder location to the main drive and not the external where the images are stored. This means the main drive fills up quickly and kills the Mac. The folder option is greyed out in the CreativeCloud preferences, this prevent the changing of the location. This is really dumb coding. At least present an option to say yes or no to changing the folder by the application.
Why have you removed the dropdown form the icon menu icon? It now opens the main application window which is nowhere near as streamlined as the previous dropdown. So the menu icon now does the same as having the main app in my toolbar?
Why oh why did Adobe decide to change the CC user interface, and not give the option to the user to keep the exciting panel. From the CC icon, it was so easy to click once, see how the file transfer was going and monitor it, and if need be drag the small window to the side. Now we get a large screen open then you have to click on cloud icon to see whats going on. Give the user the option when you make big changes like this.
Can we have a longer path structure, ideally the full path. There is plenty of space for it.Thanks
It makes perfect sense that in the desktop creative cloud app, you'd be able to see a list of your links that you've published via INDD. I fully expected to see this when I clicked on 'published' but to my surprise, none of that content was there. I'd like to see this added so I don't have to go into indesign to click on the link to get to the dashboard that shows what I've published.
It would be great to see a 'global view' of comments in the comment pane from all pages of a prototype and to be able to click the comment, which would jump to the actual page vs. having to click through each page to find new comments. Pins also are not useful in the comment pane if when you roll over or click them it doesn't anchor you to the actual point on the page.
