If I have multiple files in single project or multiple project, its really difficult to find it and open. why cant we have search bar in file section Itself. Currently I am going to creative cloud and search the file and open. sometimes the open button not even showing. Or Adobe has figure out how to organize the files in a efficient way
I use a personal subscription for photoshop and lightroom, and also cloud sync files. I have enterprise licensing for the rest of the suite. MAINLY Acrobat. I need both on ONE computer. I can't do that with your licensing model now. I either can't get my file, or I can't open it. I have to choose. This is NOT cool. I've worked with my office and with yours for so many hours that I'm actually trying crap free pdf viewers, and I'm working on alternate photo opportunities and an alternate cloud service. I trusted you. I don't anymore.
- Open the Creative Cloud desktop app- Click on the cloud icon- Click on 'Creative Cloud Web'- This takes you to a page called 'Files'. However, this is not a page of your files. To find these, you have to click 'Go To Files' at the bottom left of the page, a tiny link which is missing on small screens.- Then you're finally at your Files, and able to view your 'Library'But then, it's actually 'Cloud Documents' not Files. So I'm confused and this makes no sense...
My team and I are working on a ton of different files, and as we are moving to and from home and work, we also switch computers. When using the Beta Review feature in AI, the only issue we have is when we go from work to home, and open the same file in dropbox on a different computer, the comments are no longer linked to that file. The original link still exists and is viewable, so that works for us. But if we want to re-share the link, we have to make a new one. It's not the biggest issue but I feel like this is something that would make the Review feature go from 8/10 to 10/10.
Please archive previous versions of the documents we upload. XD User here. I started to rely on online documents a while ago, but this is getting seriously troublesome. I had the bad experience of renaming a project thinking that it would, as it does on a mac, create a new document. Instead it deleted my previous document, which was replaced by the renamed one. Work wasted...
Would love to: • be able to batch-upload colors and objects with the ability to rename them during the uploading workflow (Im imagining a view similar to the 'export for screens')• manually set the order of objects/colors (our palettes have to be completely re-added after making adjustments to colors or assets if we want our libraries to have a semblance of order to them)
It's REALLY ANOYING how you don't display the progress of UPLOADING Files! I Cant see the speed of the upload, how much of it is already done, how long will it Take! Seriously folks, thats so basic...
Your facelift of the Adobe CC has made it worse to use. Worst of all, now it won't upload Folders. This makes it all but useless, as re-creating exactly-named folders on Your Work will be time-consuming and prone to errors. You guys at Adobe know that Linked files must stay in the exact-named folder in order to link correctly and appear in place in InDesign? So why downgrade your CC system by preventing Folder upload? You should get this fixed TOMORROW with a big APOLOGY eg a month free to every user, because we've all been inconvenienced. Plus, the Your Work pages display painfully slowly and doesn't show how much uploaded.
I have no way to reach my documents on documentcloud.adobe.com through Creative Cloud DesktopSo there is no connection as I said in the object of this post!!I would have a easier way to have both connected
It would be really helpful to be able to share a folder, and immediately give access to all files within it. Currently the sharing option seems to be for only files.
CC Library pane is great, but why can't you adjust the size of the thumbnails like you can in the content browser window? It makes it really difficult to find the asset you need.
CC File Storage and Sync should allow the user to select which folders and files that will be downloaded to each device. Without that, every device you use must have enough storage space to download all files. (e.g. a laptop with over 1TB storage). Also, this means that the user can not control what content goes to which device. There is no way to separate work from personal content using CC Sync.Dropbox and SugarSync have been doing this for many years. It is a solved problem.Unfortunately CC Sync works in only the most basic and simple user scenarios and the everyday world is more complicated than that.
I work with trade shows. CC folders can not handle syncing most big-time psb files AND ends up taking up the other teammates storage when it does! I love designing for trade shows but the amount of extra work I have to do between not being able to design in real size (or if you can by some miracle get the size it lags like crazy), and CC being a cluster when it comes to saving and syncing those files, it just gives me a headache. Not to mention all the sudden our trash bins are linked together which creates slight paranoia lol. There should be an option on who takes the storage hit between teammates and syncing with big files needs to be a more quick and streamlined process. I can't make these a cloud document because they're too big so the CC Folders need to be able to handle big files and not hinder mine, or my teammates workflows. If the Adobe ideal is agencies to switch off other storage managements in the future I suggest taking a look at IBM, Veeam, Rubrik or Spectra Logic and se
I'd like to have options like "show all", "mark all as read" and stuff. Also once I click on the icon, the red dot mark disappears, but the messages still remain unread. The worst thing though, they even remain unread, even though I already opened the file and replied or marked as resolved.
As it says above. Am I missing something? I exported an asset as a .svg file, uploaded it to Adobe CC, and dropped it in Illustrator - good - still recognized as a vector (not a raster file), same process for InDesign and the asset is placed as a raster image (not vector). Am I missing something?
Also the BLF=Born Leader Family can you spell this out I forgot the group ask me to make sure it’s spelled out. The time is 4pm-6pm After Ave please place a . (Period) Vincent needs to review as well.
It would be super if I could archive individual cc libraries. Many I don't need right now, but may need in the future. Or even just a hide option in the panel would be fine for me.
Access - basic access - to shared files is intermittent. I use this feature across all platforms, all OSes, multiple locations, multiple ISPs. Some days it works like any cloud share app. Some days it doesn't work at all. Even when it is working it is slow regardless of state, country, ISP, connection type. I literally log into my two primary accounts (personal and work) from every compatible browser, on Mac and Windows, wirelessly or wired. Performance is the same: alpha release type slow.
I'm not very happy about the automatic change Adobe made to my libraries. It made my work harder. It IS NOT an improvement. I could see everything in my library folder at a glance. Now, for example in this folder, I must scroll and scroll and scroll down. How do I switch it back to the old way? Is there a 'legacy' view?
I've directly deleted files from the web view of Creative Cloud as well as from my Sync folder, but I'm still out of storage. My folder on my Mac is only 96GB and whenever I go to the Web Files page there's nothing in the Deleted folder to get rid of. Yet still I get an out of memory message.
To be able to edit (print/export pdf...) a contact sheet by adding (by dragging/dropping) one or more folders containing multimedia files (photos...) As could be done with Media Pro from Phase One. Including a customizable field under each file would be great, in order to add a comment to it.
Working together in synched folders doesn't work nice..Seems very buggie.. Collegue has updated some files I keep getting "everything is up to date " messages. There is no way to get them.. I have the feeling Adobe is getting worse and worse in their quality..
I'm sorry to be so negative on a public forum but adobe...your cloud file management sucks. Since all updates are really trying to force me into using the cloud files option (easiest, most seamless flow) I figured I'f give it a shot.1) We need to be able to create folders, or projects, or whatever you feel like calling them. How can I manage professional workflow if all of my files are just in one giant pile? The only way to create folders is to use the "synced files" interface, which doesn't even show up in the menu for XD, for example. I still have to browse to the file location in windows or OS, which makes your whole streamlined UI kind of useless. 2) We need to be able to share files from the web portalAgain I can't share any of these "cloud file"s from the web portal, only an adobe program. I can, however, share "synced files" via the web. This is useless. What if I'm on my phone and want to give someone else access to the file? The ONLY option I have for any and all files is to
I doesn't seem possible to rename files online in Browser - do you have planes to change this?
