Reports 45 mins to download a 969MB file shared a RUSH video file composed by a colleague. That's pathetically slow.

This is a bug that has annoyed me to no end. I'll have Photoshop or Premiere open for a certain period of time and CC will randomly sign me out for no reason. Might I ask why? Does it always do this when you leave it open for too long? Is Creative Cloud scared that I'm gonna abandon it or something? I shouldn't have to check every 5 minutes to see weather or not Photoshop is gonna randomly close. Please address this issue so that I can do my editing in peace.

Repro:1. Create an ISO-adaptive preset that includes (has a checkbox for) Lens Profile Corrections.2. Make it the default for a camera model.3. Import a raw photo from this camera.Expected:"Enable Profile Corrections" is selected on import.Actual:"Enable Profile Corrections" is not selected on import. Instead, "Remove Chromatic Aberrations" is selected - which isn't included in the preset.

Have disabled marketing notifications in the CC desktop app but still see regular red dot icon in Mac menu bar. On opening CC, it goes away.I'd like to be able to have CC run in the background and alert me to new app updates, but the number of false alarms means I've had to switch to manual.Please sort it?

When viewing Illustrator files in the Creative Cloud viewer - some of the characters of our font (custom font) are not rendering. Instead, it is replaced by a 'No Glyph' warning sign. All characters type out correctly and print out of Illustrator, so there is no issue withthe font itself. I've attached a screenshot of the issue - the title should say 'Squishy Van'. Have seen the same issue on a number of files that are viewed through the CC website. Please let me knwo any other info you'll need to help sort this issue.

Trying to delete old (3 year+) Photoshop Sketch documents from my 'mobile creations' tab returns an error 'could not delete item'. I have dozens of these files that I can't open or delete in my mobile creations tab.

The issue occurs on iPad, Mac, and regardless of the browser I use.

I cannot share or download any assets that I've saved. I created an image in Capture and I can see it in my library, but I can't do anything with it.I have perused the support site and found nothing that helps. The libraries are pointless if you can't do anything other than view thumbnails of the assets on the site.

Somewhere during upload or download, CC is changing the profile. Doesn't occur with psd files. Shouldn't occur at all. I can't use cc for sharing work as long as this continues.

Can`t open and download file .psdc from Creative Cloud. Anyone can`t do that also with a file link.

Seems to just spit out the last cached version without checking if it was invalidated.Repro steps:- Have PSD file freshly synced to Creative Cloud.- Open the Creative Cloud iOS app- Do a "Quick Export" of the PSD, Save to Images. Don't close the app.- Make some visible change to the file in Photoshop, on Windows 10. Sync.- Notice that the Preview has updated as expected in the app.- Do another Quick Export, Save to Images.- Notice that it returns immediately, giving the last export given instead of a new export reflecting the change you just made.Expected Result: Second export has expected changes.Actual Result: Second export is the same as first export, no time taken.Using latest Creative Cloud iOS and desktop apps, Windows 10 v1903, latest Photoshop. iOS v 13.2.2, iPhone 6s.EDIT: Turns out the Quick Export wouldn't update even after shutting down and re-opening the app. I had to sign out and back in, and that allowed it to update. On both assets.adobe.com and the Creative Cloud iOS app, the stroke effect appears to be expanding the lines by X pixels in thumbnail space, rather than in file space as intended. I.e., the lines in the preview are way too thick and inconsistent with the image as shown in or generated by Photoshop. The problem is worse in the app than on the website.By "stroke effect", I mean in Photoshop, when you right-click a layer (in my case a group of layers), click "Blending Options...", then check "Stroke" and set the size to some value (in my case, 5 pixels.)Example file: https://adobe.ly/2KF3yWt (the top-level layer "Line Art" has the affected stroke effect.)

So I was working on this file last night, closed Photoshop, then shut down my PC (we'll say PC #1). Next day, I hop on PC #2 and the file had synced some changes, but not the latest changes. (PC #1 possibly shutdown mid-sync?) Specifically, the diamond-shaped paths in the file were not present on PC #2 when viewed in Photoshop. I check the iOS Creative Cloud app, file has no preview, says "Preview not Available", no option to quick export either. It was working for this file the day before. Check assets.adobe.com (henceforth "web"), preview still not available, shows file type as "Octet", extension ".psd" is shown in the file name rather than being hidden like the other files. So I look at the file on PC #1, and the changes I had made last night were still present when opened with Photoshop. I use windows 10 & always have Creative Cloud sync app running.Earlier tonight, I downloaded an XD file from my team member via Skype. By default it downloaded to 'Downloads' folder & I was about to move it to 'Creative Cloud Files' folder. Since I already had a file with same name in same location, I renamed the file (added '2' after filename) before moving. Coz I worked on the previous version & wanted to keep new updates in separate file. So I pasted the renamed file in same location with previous file, its here but I can no longer find the previous one.- The 'Recent' section in Adobe XD app is no longer showing the previous file.- I checked 'Recycle Bin' of my computer, its empty.- I searched all .xd files in My Computer, its not here.- I checked 'Deleted' section in assets.adobe.com, its not there either.At the moment, my primary guess is somehow XD thought its the same file & probably replaced it with previous one. When you go to the adobe assets shared page, it used to show the files that were shared with you, either review or development. You could click on the file name and add comments. Now, nothing is showing there except the actual file to download. How do we add comments if we cannot access the file from here? https://assets.adobe.com/shared

Using the iPhone5 and Safari, navigating to My Work / Files shows sorting options, but then just two horizontal lines and a bunch of blank space instead of your actual files, making files inaccessible on this device.

I use creative cloud to save shared work files for work. As you can imagine there is a huge amount of files in this so I had to sync the files to my hard drive. I broke my hard drive recently so I've had to get a new one. Tried re-syncing the files to my new hard drive and wasn't able to. Talked to support and apparently it's not an option so I have to now download and then remember to upload everything I work on which is incredibly inconvenient.

Since the last update of Adobe CC Desktop there is a problem, first showing up as cursor-sandbox is running for about 2 sec, but repeating every 4-5 sec. I tried to find the reason and looked at CreativeCloud App > Properties > Sync: Syncing is shown as actual, but a Error-message is opening for only 1sec (hard to read in that short time: Adobe CC library syncing Fehler - bitte melden Sie sich bei Creative Cloud an). I am trying to find a file that I think I deleted out of my Creative Cloud folder. I logged into my account through the browser, went to Your Work > Deleted Items, and started to search for the file. Imagine my surprise to find a significant number of files that have NEVER been in my CC folder. Why does Deleted Items now mirror my computer's actual recycle bin? There is NO reason why the two should EVER sync. Who came up with this??

Had 16 artboards in my file initially, which was viewable on the development link. I marked a couple of assets for development later and updated the link. Now the new updated link shows only 2 artboards.

Why are the last Versions of my XD Documents missing? We pay monthly for the complete Adobe Package and such things must not happen!
