Double layers in InDesign while using assets with more than 1 layer

InDesign: Assets do not detect inactive layers by name while drag them to layout - and make a copy of them. 😞 . Kills every half automated workflow in complex layouts.

Better would be: same behavour like copy and paste (InDesign send warning in cause of inactive layer and user can activate them)
