Hello, everyone! I have a serious problem with something. To wit: I want to use font "Future" to make bills and posters for my university for promotion purposes. Question is, can I do it? Basically "future" is using by our website, and I thougt about use it because it fit to all image.  Thank you for help!

Hi there! 🙂I know this has been posted multiple times, but none of the previous solutions have worked for me.Yesterday I 've activated multiple typefaces on fonts.adobe.com, however it stopped working suddenly.They are now displayed as active on the website, but don't show up in my creative cloud.Whenever I try to activate those typefaces in one of the Adobe applications, it takes forever and then they just stop downloading. Thanks in advance,Matthäus

If I create a web typekit containing FF Scala Sans Pro normal and bold (weights 400 and 700, respectively), fi ligatures appear as expected in the normal weight but *not* in the bold weight. See attached images from the same web page. If I switch that same page to a webfont version of FF Scala Sans Pro from FontFont, both ligatures work. What am I missing? Is the Typekit version broken? 

Hello. We have over 40 users licensed on "Acrobat Pro DC". While font is included in the subscription, users (logged on in the browser, with CC installed) mostly do not get the option to activate fonts, only "availabe with CC". If we ever get the toggle, activated fonts do not sync to the desktop.The virtual assistant ("get real help from real people") refuses to help users because "no products are licensed" and we ar not entitled to support. (all we get is a referral to the community forum, even though I am an admin in the subscription).We've reset licenses, removed and recreated user profiles, ... 

I have a client who uses Helvetica Neue as their corporate font. They're having a few issues between Windows and Mac. When looking into the fonts they're using, I cannot find Helvetica Neue anywhere! The only family available to license is called Neue Helvetica which seems to have been around since 1957. The other matter at hand is they need the font to work across Windows and Mac. I keep finding contrasting suggestions that OTF will work better than TTF. So two questions: Does Helvetica Neue exist or do I need to suggest they switch to Neue Helvetica, and if they license Neue Helvetica which type format is going to work best across Windows and Mac?

Hello, I'm trying to implement an st-glyph with Mrs Eaves OT italic to a website with css and unicode ligatures, but unfortunately either my coding or the font installation isn't working properly. I do know that Mrs Eaves OT italic has a glyph for st, so I'm wondering why is the font applying to this code, when the font works well in all other text. Should I download a wider font to the website, or is it that the font is not containing glyphs in the web version at all?  Here's my css: h1:before {font-family: 'mrs-eaves' !important;font-style: italic !important; content: "\FB06";}but the result is this:  Is there a way to have the st glyph also with Mrs Eaves OT italic online? plan it

Hi everyone! I'd like to activate the font "Intro" but I can't find it in https://fonts.adobe.com/. If i try to upload it, the system says that it is already available but I can't find it on that list using the research bar. Any suggestion? Thank you in advance

The font in question is Tondo. The character in question is ↓  (↓).In Figma, this special character displays using Tondo without an issue.In Illustrator and in the web kit, this special character does not display. In Illustrator, it is not available in the Glyphs window. I also selected the full character set option for the webkit option just in case. Why is there this discrepancy? Especially between Illustrator and Figma?Furthermore, if this special character needs to be licensed specifically from the designer, then why is it visible in Figma? This is quite frustrating as now I need to go through the process of selecting a new font that can actually support this character and then re-do all of the typesetting. Blah.

A font I used in a documetn a few months ago is suddenly no longer available. How am I supposed to work  when the fonts suddenly disappear? The font in question for the job I'm currently trying to work on is ModernoFB Regular. The job is a series of books that all need to look identical. The first book is finished and in print, but now I can't make the rest of the series match. Where did this font go?

[Moderator moved from Creative Cloud Services to Adobe Fonts.]I am downloading new fonts through the adobe's site, but then I'm adding in a new family of fonts I keep getting this message, that fonts have been deactived. As far as I can tell, nothing is being deactived, but I may be simply wrong about this. Why am I getting this notificiation?   

Hello, I need to create a web project using a custom, third party font. This font is not available in Adobe, so I purchased a license to use it (the license allows me to use it on the web), installed it to my Creative Cloud app, and it says it's installed and in the cloud (see screenshot). However, when I go online to try to create a Web Project in Adobe, the font isn't showing up anywhere. Any idea why this is happening? Is it even possible to use a custom, third party font for a web project? A rep from Adobe remotely accessed my laptop to try to figure it out, but couldn't find a solution.  

Hello community, I use Adobe Fonts to synchronize fonts to my desktop at home. Some fonts however, for example FF Scala and FF Scala Sans, do not properly display in Word/PowerPoint. FF Scala for instance is displayed as ScalaPro and ScalaPro-Italic. This means that I can't use the italics option when using the Roman, instead having to change the font alltogether. Is there any way to explain to the office programs, Word and PowerPoint in particular, that these fonts in fact belong together? I can't access the files as this violates the Adobe CC license and Adobe's own software does recognize the font as one in these examples. I have other typefaces such as Acumin which are also mostly seperate, but Acumin Bold and Italic aren't listed but are found using the proper buttons (as should be the case with Scala)

I already have the Merriweather font, but I am also trying to add Merriweather Sans.  I keep getting the same "already on this device" error.  Is there any way around this?

I have a new Mac, latest OS and latest version of Illustrator (and Adobe CC). When I go to select "More Fonts" in the character palette, after the first screen or two, font names show, but not the sample text, so I don't know what those fonts look like.I've looked at the other posts on fonts and Illustrator but have not found an answer to this issue.Many thanks in advance.Karl

Question:I designed a printed document for a client with an adobe font. However they also requested that I make it digital for them so people can view it on their website. I outlined all of the text etc for the final product which was a PDF with some hyperlinks added. My question is; as I have an adobe account and have the font installed etc, is this sufficient for the online PDF or does the client also need to obtain An ePub license version of it even if they aren’t creating with it. I have designed and developed the PDF using my adobe fonts. Thanks in advance

The fonts appear in the "add Fonts" as you can see in the screensot but there is no way to activate them or even get them into the non-activated list in the other screenshot. SO FRUSTRATING!They are installed as you can see. What is the magic to get this to work?

I am an administrator and I am trying to set up fonts for our org. When I go into creative cloud and then click the fonts icon I get "Permission may be required. You may need to request permission from your IT administrator to use Adobe Fonts." Also, I can't sign in to fonts.adobe.com. "Access Denied. You do not have access to this service. Contact your IT administrator to gain access, or sign in with an Adobe ID."  Any help with this would be great thank you!

Hi,I have a CC account and need to add a particular font (Amboy) to a website. I follow the instructions here:Typekit Help | Add fonts to your website But it refers to a </> 'create a web project button' which I cannot find on the Amboy font page.Instead it says 'Available with CC' .The font page gives me the CSS for the font but I'm assuming it still needs to know where it can get this font.Can anyone advise me on how to do get this font on to my website?Thanks

hi, I have the Photography package. Are Adobe fonts included with it? i activated a font in adobe fonts, then tried to get it to work in my 2018 photoshop using forum advice but it won't work. My creative cloud icon didn't have the options I'd read about. My iMac is a 2008 model with El Capitan. is it just not possible with how out of date my stuff is? I don't have money to upgrade. i've been uploading google fonts instead with no issues. thanks, kate

I've seen a similar question back in the Typekit days but wanted to bring this up now in Adobe Fonts.I'm just starting to use Adobe Fonts in websites which is great because of the wide array of font choices. However, my clients are a little apprehensive about using them because of how a Web Project is tied to someone's CC account.So what happens when I design a website using a Web Project that is tied to my account and suddenly my account goes inactive for some reason. Do all those fonts get replaced?The Title was edited by Moderator.
