Adobe Fonts

I'm working on a type lockup in Illustrator, but when I copy-paste into my layout in Photoshop the activated Adobe font inside the vector smart object isn't showing up as that font. I had two weights of Omnes used and while the Medium weight showed up correctly, the Bold weight was previewing as the default font shown when a font is missing. I can edit the vector smart object (opened in Illustrator, see white background image) and it shows correctly there, but saving and returning to Photoshop doesn't fix the issue there.Also, Omnes Bold is activated in Photoshop. I can type live text into Photoshop in that font and weight no problem. (See gray version of "smile" as live text below blue vector smart object).I can outline the text inside the vector smart object to fix the problem, but obviously, it's an inconvenience as that removes editability. I searched around to see if there were any help topics on this, but didn't find any. Using the most up to date versions of Abode CC (PS 21.2.4

I've activated the Brandon Grotesque font and added it to my website via the link tag. I'm sure it's added properly and most of the letters look fine except for the ones with diacritical marks (the website is in Croatian). I thought this font had support for these letters because when I test out a word in the "Sample Text" input field, it renders fine but on my website it does not. What's going on here? 

Love what you're doing already. This would further help as on occasion you're asked to create something from a specific era. The ability to type in a year or decade for results would save so much time. For example, search for "1986" or the 30s/1930s/The Thirties.

Another big mess from Adobe Fonts.We used Adobe Sans in several school books and yesterday we detected that the name of the font in some weights have changed, ex: Adele Sans SemiBold to Adelle Sans Semibold.But the bigger problem is that the kerning has also changed, causing the text to reflow.in the image below, in black is the old font and in cian is the new font.We realized this because the font name changed.If it hasn't changed we could we could only notice when the book was printed in the printing shop, leading to massive production costs if we have to reprint it again.Fonts in Adobe fonts cannot be upgraded as they are now.If the kerning or characters are changed, a new font (with different name) should be created.

I have the Adobe Photoshop monthly $10 plan and when I try to activate the Mr. Eaves family of fonts all of them say "not available." However, I know someone that was able to use them within the past 2 days. How can I get some fonts in this class?

Hi,  I am very new to this licensing thing, so I really appreciate the help (and patience) you will show and give. I am preparing a brandbook for a company. I would like to use the font Myriad Pro as the "official font" for this company. As you probably know, Myriad Pro comes included in my Creative Cloud products. The use of the font would be (but not limited to):- Text documents- Powerpoint presentations- website- company logos I know that this company has several Creative Cloud licenses (and pays thousands of $$ to Adobe for this). I myself have a Creative Cloud license. So, my question is:- Do I need to pay a fee for using Myriad Pro in the situations described above?- Would the company need to pay a fee for using Myriad Pro in their presentations, documents, websites and/or logos?- Does the fact that I have a Creative Cloud license (and the fact that the company has dozens of those) means that I (and them) are OK to use the fonts, as long as I (or the

My activated fonts, which show up as activated in creative cloud, are not recognized by InDesign this morning.  How can I fix this?

While other installers work ok. E.g. Adobe font work.

I get a message that I have to ask for permission because of the rights and when i make a preflight package the type is not included.What must i do to fix this?Thanks for helping me out. 

I am missing the Japanese fonts HiraKakuProN-W6, HiraKakuPro-W6. I have used them extensively so it is really problematic to update every single artwork to a different (worse) font.Searching the online Adobe font repository they are nowhere to be found.Any help is much appreciated.

Where are the Adobe CC font files locally stored on mac? How can I find it? I am using Adobe CC products only for the font. But I can't find it on local.

Hello, I tried to add my own fonts to Creative Cloud via CC Desktop App. I've added my fonts and from the app they seem on the cloud. But when I switch to active fonts tab I cloud see them on the list. Also not in the deactive fonts. So first step can't done, to add fonts to the CC. Second step is to use them on Spark Post iPad App. 

It's obviously easy to customize the example text in the 'Browse Fonts' section (https://fonts.adobe.com/fonts), but dang if I can do it looking at my activated fonts in "My Adobe Fonts" (https://fonts.adobe.com/my_fonts). Am I overlooking something?

Hello. I currently am enrolled in University, and have been using their laptop rentals to access the entire Adobe Creative Suite by logging into Creative Cloud using my student e-mail. For a typography project, I need to install non-display typefaces such as Futura PT, Mrs. Eaves, etc. but they're all listed as "Not available" for download. I had no issues installing these typefaces over the Summer semester of this year, however, I had to get another laptop rental, which explains why I need these typefaces reinstalled. My professor also says with my student account I must be able to activate these fonts. However, when I search Futura PT, no results come up. When I Google "Futura PT adobe fonts" I get the attached screenshot. I believe there must be an issue with my subscription, and please respond promptly as this project requires no delay. Thank you. 

I have over 360 fonts active through my CC license; never had a problem with them... I recently activated "New Atten" [and Rounded] online and it shows 20 fonts active but they will not activate in Illustrator or Photoshop.   I've quit both programs, I've quit and restarted Adobe Creative Cloud (.app) on my Mac, and tried 5-6x deactivating and reactivating the fonts. When I search for the font (even after 10 minutes of waiting), it's not there: Next, when I hit the "Find More" tab under the font selection menu, it doesn't find the font right away but even once it finds it through Adobe Fonts, I click the option to sync it and it just sits there with the arrows icon. It just gets stuck on "Activating." Just to be sure, I went back to fonts.adobe.com and it's showing they are activated. Just curious if anyone else is having issues with fonts syncing... Thx!

Hello. I've got a font in my drop down list in Adobe showing as 'Acumin Variable Concept' although I've never installed the font. I've also never used it via Adobe fonts and it is deactivated. I just reformated my PC and it is still there. Also when I activate the font in Adobe fonts it comes up as a seperate font. Does anyone know how I can remove this font? It must be stored locally somewhere.

Bis vor einer Woche lief alles ohne Probleme, aber wenn ich nun Schriften über TypeKit aktiviere, erscheinen die nicht in den Programmen InDesign, Photoshop usw. Ich habe auch mal alle Schriften deaktiviert und gesehen, dass doch noch ein paar in InDesign vorhanden sind, aber wenn ich neue aktiviere erscheinen diese nicht. Ich habe alles aktualisiert, die Creative Cloud, InDesign usw. Aufgefallen ist mir auch, dass die Punkte "Files" und "Fonts" in der Creative Cloud gar nicht laden. Siehe Foto. Also irgendwie verbinden sich die Programme nicht mit Adobe Fonts. Hat jemand das gleiche Problem und kennt die Lösung?

Hello and thanks for helping me in advance!I'm having a problem I can't solve, though I've already tried deleting the font cache, restarting my pc, signing out and on again on CC,... I'm using the newest version of CC on windows 10.Some fonts I've activated (specifically Roboto and its forms - Roboto Condensed and Mono will work). I've had this issue with some fonts, but mostly the Roboto Font family. It won't load in any of my adobe software and I am getting really frustrated. Since I've already tried a lot of the methods on the "Solved"-Threads, I am opening my own one. Thank you for help! Best regards, Robert

The support chat was USELSS, so I am posting here so that maybe someone can help. I use the full adobe suite of software, as well as a few specialty peices of software. I.E. Flexi Sign adn Print 12 and every so often a few others. I use the adobe fonts as I have paid a small furtune to ADOBE for their softare. I will design something useing Illustrator and then move it over to Flexi to do more design. Everything works just fine. Fonts load like normal, everyone is smiling. THen three months later I will go to open the file in Flexi and it will say the font is missing. I will then cancle out of that and open the file in illustrator and it loads just fine. So I go over to My Fonts on the Adobe site and deactiveate and reactivate the font. Suddenly it is all working fine in Flexi. I found a forum post that I now I am totally unable to find about how adobe will deactivate fonts after they go unused for a certain amount of time. I hope someone can help. I downloaded Farnham font family from the Adobe library for use in a published book. When the book was collect for press, the font appeared as 'AdobeFnt20.lst' file. Now, a year later I need to reprint the book but the font is missing and no longer available in the Adobe libary. When I click on the 'AdobeFnt20.lst' file it says there is no App to open the file? I assumed when I sent the book to press that this was how fonts supplied by Adobe looked. Now I have a big problem as my main font is missing.Please help!

Hi all,   About ten years ago I purchased the Adobe Font Folio Education Essentials set. It's a magnificent collection of really fine typefaces, which I've never fully explored.   Recently I've started a set of projects for which I'm using Adobe Jenson, and I discovered a fault in the colon character of the Caption optical, regular weight. This has been addressed before: there's a thread at Adobe Jenson Pro Opticals Caption: Colon malformed? where an Adobe representative helped a user obtain the updated files.   I've called Adobe, and after a fruitless three-quarters of an hour on the phone, the representative I spoke with simply told me to go to the forums. Can someone help me with this issue? I need the updated release of Adobe Jenson that corrects the error. Thank you!
