We have a 20-minute training course that is uploaded but it will play for 5 minutes and then stop with the loading symbol on the screen. Can you do this training offline or any ideas to stop this from happening

I want to register learners and set a window of time for them to complete the programs for which they've registered. I'm looking for a calendar or something to click on as I register learners that will be their window for access to a Learning Program. I can't find it. Does anything like this exist?

Hello,I have a module in a course that I have updated. Whenever I access the module as admin its fine, but if I access it as a learner it still shows the old module before I updated it. Why is this?

Hello,My animations in my Captivate project are usually slow or choppy when displayed through Prime. I am exporting to HTML5. I don't have any issues when previewing the project from Captivate in a browser or when I upload the project to another server (not an LMS).Any ideas?

Hello all,I have a module I'm developing in Captivate, which will be uploaded to Captivate Prime. In this module I would like a download button that will download a PDF file that it is linked to. I know I can display the PDF in a new tab, but is it possible to automatically download it, without opening a new tab/window to display it?The issue is that the e-learning module is hosted on Prime, so i cannot upload any server-side scripts to make this happen like I would as if I was hosting it on a normal, non-LMS server.Any ideas???Thanks in advance.

Hello to the Adobe Prime tech dev team.I am trying to download learner transcripts for ALL my learners. I have less than 100 users in Adobe Prime.When I attempt to download learner transcripts from the launch of my LMS (about September 2016) up to current date (today is Monday January 30, 2017) only a handful of learners appear in the CSV output file.Then, when I go back in and download a learner transcript only on an individual learner (that did not appear in the earlier attempt to get all learners) I get their data without an issue.What's going on?Regards,Thomas H.Master Electronics

Hi!I’m having trouble with the course structure in Captivate Prime. I want to use a test module to check, if the user understood the content oft he course or not. But when I place the test module in the „testout“ area in captivate prime, the user does not have to do the test, he already finishes the course when he completes all main content modules. The test module is uploaded as critical for success. And I also can’t insert the module twice (only testout or main content) –is there any way to change the setting of the course? Otherwise I would have to upload the modules twice, but as long as I can't delete them, that would be awful.Thanks for helping.

Hello,I have a bunch of modules I am creating in Captivate, all of which are to be accessed from within Captivate Prime. What I would like to do is have a button at the end of each module, that when clicked, opens the next module. Is this possible? I know you can open a file or another Captivate project by clicking a button, but I don't think this will work.Any ideas?

Hello,I am wondering if there is a way to integrate 3rd party apps like Salesforce & Paylocity? I want to pull reports on training, completion, and certifications from Paylocity. I might be able to export them via .CSV file but I am not sure where I would import them. I'm not sure how they want Salesforce integrated yet but I was just putting it there in case this was already being done.

I asked about useful reports a month ago. Still no response. Is anyone from Adobe out there?????

I have loaded my lesson into Captivate Prime, and using myself as a sample student, I can access it and everything, however, the loaded lesson does not have the navigation buttons at the bottom. When I created the lesson in Captivate, the navigation buttons appear at the bottom in preview. These aren't buttons I added myself, but buttons that Captivate automatically added with the template. These are completely gone when I load it into Prime. Help?? Thank you.

Hi,I am trying to export an e-learning file from PowerPoint/adobe presenter 11 into adobe captivate prime.I have followed tutorials etc. however still encounter the same problem. When I upload the file for the module the content doesn't load, all that I get is the file name and the square image with the blue square going round and round. I waited for 5 minutes and still it was the same.Contacting adobe support also did not work as the prime team wasn't available nor the 24hr support team.Please can anyone help me or advise where I am going wrong?ThanksEmma

Hi,My recently created Captivate 9 module does not upload does to Captivate Prime. When I try and publish this module I get the message "upload complete".  "Your module" <a module I deployed previously> "has been uploaded to your Captivate Prime account. It may take a few minutes to be processed".So then Captivate Prime reported that I deployed a different module to the module I intended to deploy!Kind Regards,Kieran.

I have just started using Captivate Prime, and I added some simple company branding.However, when learners complete a course they get the message below.How can I brand this to say it is coming from us, not the Captivate Prime Team?Also, our learners don't need to care that this is Captivate Prime.  Can I brand the LMS so that I can refer to it by any name I choose?Thanks.

Put it on the roadmap for future development of Prime.As the world of corporate learning changes to keep pace with the way our learners actually learn, TinCan/xAPI is promising. TinCan has the capacity to capture learning regardless of where or how the learner consumes it.From everything I read & researched about Adobe getting into the LMS space the company seemed motivated by seeing an opportunity to innovate the space. I encourage Adobe to continue doing so. TinCan seems to capture learning and learner data that NEITHER SCORM or AICC file formats can. I'm creating a program for kids who can't read. When I read about Captivate Prime, I thought my publishing woes were over. I'm not quite ready to publish yet, but in reading the forum, I'm starting to have doubts.Are the problems across the board for everyone, or just for larger businesses? I'm just a one-person producer with (at first) just a handful of kids, while I test it. I'm not very good at tech, and am worried this will be too much for me. Are there any happy campers out there, who've had a good experience with it?I'd really appreciate any thoughts you may have on this. I'm completely befuddled about it!Thanks...

We are still experimenting with Captivate Prime. Is it correct to say that every employee in our company will have to start an Adobe account to use Adobe Captivate Prime LMS?Thanks,Pete

I  read in this forum that you cannot delete a user and then recreate that same user later. I have also read that you can do this, if you use a CSV file to do it.Could someone from Adobe please clarify?I am ready to recommend Captivate to my company, but this question has come up.  It's probably not a showstopper, but I need the correct answer.Thanks.

I've been using Captivate Prime for four weeks now and have many concerns over the core functionality of this product.  The product is extremely rigid not allowing for very much flexibility at all.  From modules that cannot be deleted, to gamification settings that can’t be changed or shared broadly.  It is clear, that Adobe wants users to use the product one way, their way, and not in a way that best suits the customer’s needs.Now that we have active learners, I need to report on my learners progress, and once again the tool will not let me.  I cannot run a simple report that shows the skills and badges earned by my users.I cannot see who, of my registered learners have actually created an adobe ID.I cannot build a simple quiz element in Prime, rather I am forced to pay for a second captivate tool.This new project is a direct initiative from my CEO. In my Prime course I have three (3) quizzes. A pre-assessment quiz. A post-assessment quiz. And then a survey. I exported quiz results because I need to see survey responses from my learners. But, on that worksheet in the exported data on Excel, the quiz questions are mixed up. I have to manually go through, hide irrelevant columns in order to isolate only the survey questions. Furthermore, the Likert quiz questions (all this was created in Adobe Captivate 9) did not show the individual questions that were asked; only the responses show.The export to quiz results, including specifically survey results need to be cleaner and delineated.Regards,Thomas
