Adobe Scan

Scans are disappearing after you modify the text and not showing on your scans list. I hope this is corrected ASAP! I am working from home and this app has been a godsend, until now.Thank you! 

I logged on to my adobe scan and all my previous scans were deleted so I had to retake them and now they wont save, I can't find them anywhere.

Hi, I am using the iOS version of the app. For some reason, after scanning a document, I cannot find it on the app.  Moreover, I have tried accessing the documents through a Windows 10 web browser (tried both Chrome and Edge) and my Document Cloud page is entirely blank save for the Adobe Acrobat logo on the top left. Would appreciate any help. Many thanks,

I last used scan on 11 Jan 2018. PDFs were saved to my Document Cloud.Today I used Scan - the original is saved to Photos; but the PDF appears to being saved but nothing saved as PDF - on phone or on Document Cloud.Any ideas, thanks Chris

I don't want to upload my scan document to cloud Pls provide us option if I want to upload or not Privacy issue

Is there a limit to the #of pages able to be scanned? I have a journal (handwritten) and I do not need OCR. It is several hundred pages. 

I use adobe scan to scan and upload my homework to my laptop for university, essential now that all my education is online. It's generally a smooth process, except that after I've scanned a document, when I go to "share a copy" and select my OneDrive, the first time it hangs and hangs and eventually I give up. But if I cancel the first upload, the second time I do it it goes quickly and without a hitch. Since uploading things is sometimes time sensitive, this means part of my process is now to start an upload, immediately cancel it, and then upload it again, and this always works. It doesn't seem to matter whether the app has finished processing the pdf or not when I do this, and it doesn't seem to matter what kind of connection my phone has when this happens. Is this a common bug? Is there a way this could be fixed internally? Hell if starting over seems to make all the difference could you have the app cancel itself and restart the upload under the hood so I don't have to do it? Weir

Hi,    I like original color and use that all the time. The problem is there's no option to turn off automatic coloring. I have to wait till pages finish rendering and then turn all of them into original color. This is a bit of a pain.    If you guys could add a setting to choose default color for documents I would really appreciate it. Thank you.

Consider adding folders to manage all my scans in Adobe scan app. 

iPhoneXRでAdobescanでPDF作成し、コピーを共有でヤフーメールを使った送信が出来なくなりました。使えるアプリを表示する画面でヤフーメールのアプリが出てきません。Androidだと普通に表示され出来ます。何か解決方法ありませんか？詳しい方がいたら教えてください。  

Hello there,I’ve been for this after being annoyed with a bug in Adobe Scan that makes it crash on my phone while scanning. I’ve been going through this since 2 weeks and I’m fed up with it. The app version is 20.03.16. I’ve been using this app for more than a year now and I haven’t been through this bug at that time. I even tried re-installing the app. Even that didn’t work out well. Since we are going through Lockdown phase of #Covid19, I myself has a lot of assignments from school which are to be done and to be send in PDF format to my mentors. On that note, it’s highly recommended to solve this bug ASAP! #crash #bug 

I set up the slides in the pdf and crop them. Then when I press save pdf it won't complete the saving process to save it so I can send it to my email. Help!

Hi, my adobe scan app for iPhone keeps crashing, can anybody help? I have tried uninstalling the re-installing to no avail, it even crashes when i move through the pages. Harry

Yesterday from my Google account I have downloaded, today registered for account in Document Cloud.Some PDF files viewed in Adobe Reader and copyied to Document Cloud.Selected one of the files in the Document Cloud. Then in submenu chosen  "Scan".Adobe Scan takes over, works for a time, ends by saying to click on the screen in order to scan from the camera. The main window then shows: "No scans".I am very unhappyAnton_Wessel@t-online.de 

Since the lastest update has been activated I now cannot scan documents from my MFC J6510 as the program hangs at first document and basically crashes program.  It wont let me do anything as it messages that a scan is still in progress.  What I have learned about adobe is that the original program works fine but dont let adobe update as there is always an issue with printer opeation afterwards. Anyway anyone got any ideas how to fix this?

Приложение Adobe Scan постоянно вылетает !!! работаю в приложение с телефона  iPhone 11 Pro Max , испытываю постоянные проблемы с работой данного приложения .При желание отредактировать только что созданный файл в приложение Adobe Scan ,приложение вылетает . Этот ошибка остается даже если я презапускал телефон .Исправте пожалуйста , не вынасимо с этим работать .Тратить несколько часов на создание  файла , а потом наблюдать , что он просто не запускается при попытки запуска после редактирования .У меня от такого глаз дергается !!!   

Twice today I used Adobe Scan and received a virus alert for files-download2.acrocomcontent.com because it was infected with URL:mal.  Anyone else getting this?
