Feature requests for Adobe Scan

Hello. I'm using Adobe Scan on a regular basis from an iPhone. Mainly, scanning documents and receipts (no need for OCR here).

Works great, but I'd need a couple of options to simplify (my) workflow.

Scan continuously, then cut into smaller documents.

I love the auto recognize of document, works well, but the switch from scan -> edit color -> crop -> rename -> save is a longer process than necessary.

I'd appreciate if I could make a pile of my receipts, grab one, scan, grab next, scan, THEN go to edit mode.

From there, I'd love to set ALL my scans as greyscale at once (maybe a longpress option on the iPhone).

My scanns are regularly a restaurant receipt + the associated credit card ticket (no idea how you name it in english).

I would also edit the crops of different images, and then, in the end, split in smaller docs.

No need for the complexity of Acrobat with multiple pages, we could say "save those pages here to a new document, and rename from here"

I know it might load the phone memory a lot, but the need is not having thousands of unsaved opened documents, maybe just two :

First :

One big scann all document

then split

Two documents :

One small extract that ONLY goes to rename and save

One big scann all document MINUS the small extract.

Set preference to scan all to greyscale by default.

One thing that bugs me is that my tax receipts are all greyscale. But they are scanned as RGB which takes more space And I need to manually change each page. Would love to have a preference saying "default to RGB or default to grey".

And obviously, this is only a setting at export time, so I could still manually change on any particular unsaved document.

Set a preferred naming scheme.

My Adobe scann docs are named "Numérisation du 20 janvier 2018" (you're lucky if you have english for "scann").

Since I ingest them for my accountant, I'd love it to have an intelligent (sorting) naming scheme like : 180120 (YYMMDD)

And I would only have to "rename" the important part of the doc, never the date.

Having a send feedback options in the app

Most of my other daily CC Apps (Capture, Draw, Sketch, Lightroom…) now feature a "Send feedback" button, which starts writing an email with the subject "App Feedback", and content "Phone Details" that might help you troubleshoot issues (until then, this forum serves as a uservoice/bugtracker)

Strongly supporting Franks suggestion to being able to insert your own default name date format, or if that is not possible, to make it sortable yymmdd

I agree with all these suggestions, especially the date format.  Please make the default date in the name sortable just like Frank suggests.  In case these records are around in 82 years, please use the 4 digit year.  Also adding the time would be nice, maybe with a UTC option.
