Yesterday 21 pct 2026 i subscribed with monthly pack but after some hours I realised its not that useful for me to spend this much money I canceled. The subscription now I want to know can I get refund if yes till what time would I get the refund

Hi this problem started yesterday when I’m scanning a document, or selecting a picture to scan in the gallery then the app crashes. Not just once but every time. I did a checklist as other user’s recommended:  Reboot device, reopen app. Update app and OS. Free storage and close background apps. Check camera and storage permissions. Clear cache; reinstall if needed. Test with a simple one‑page scan. Disable cloud sync / change network. After all that nothing so I tested this on my other older phone and it’s the same scenario. And since it’s not just me but also other people are having the same struggle I urge Adobe to do something about it 

I use an IPhone 16 and my adobe scan app keep crashing after I scan my document. I tried deleting and downloading the app, restarting my phone etc. how can I fix this problem? I have the most up to date version of the app and can’t get it to work

I have just updated the application and no when I try to scan a document it’s getting closed automatically. Since afternoon it’s the same. Have not face any such issue ever with this app. Pls help at the earliest possible.

Adobe Scan 26.0.29 crashes immediately after displaying the splash logo on several iPad 7th generation running iPadOS 18.7.10. The crash occurs on every launch, before the main interface appears. It also crashes when I signed out of my Adobe Account before (using Fresco) and with WiFi/Network disabled. I deleted the app, hard rebooted the iPad, installed the app from scratch. I have about 7GB of free storage, checked camera permissions. I can provide a .ips file crash report from iPad analytics data.

I have opted out for free trial and entered payment mode for subscription but the charge was deducted INR 890 for free trial on subscription starting. I have cancelled it in free trial period and requested for refund but still after 6 months the refund is not received

I lost almost all of my old scanned documents from adobe acrobat. I have been using the same account for a long time. My phone is iphone 14. ios 18.6.2. Please help me retrieve the file

My application is not working . Whenever i create a pdf it generates pdf and then suddenly the application closes itself and im unavle to access the application from last 2-3 days .. 

Hi all, I was going through my Adobe Scan files on my Android phone and deleted some of them. I then realized that I needed to retrieve one and searched for a solution and found that I could log into Adobe online and look for my files here as long as it is within 30 days of the deletion date: https://www.adobe.com/files/deleted However, it does not appear. I then made a test and immediately deleted another file from my Adobe Scan Android. Then went to check the deleted files folder again and it does not appear there. I then used a browser on my laptop and went online to my Adobe Scan subfolder in the cloud and deleted another test file. Now this time, I could find the deleted file inside the Deleted Files folder. So it appears to work from a web browser but not when I deleted it from the Android Adobe Scan app. How do I recover the file I deleted using the Adobe Scan app?? It doesn't appear to behave in sync as per the browser application. Help!

Hello Adobe Community,I regularly use Adobe Scan to scan documents, but some PDFs become quite large, especially when scanning multiple pages or documents with images.Is there a way to reduce the PDF file size directly in Adobe Scan without significantly affecting the text quality or readability?I would appreciate any tips or recommended settings for creating smaller PDFs that are easier to share by email or upload to websites.Thanks in advance for your help!

Hi everyone,I'm new to using Adobe Scan and need help recovering a PDF.About a year ago, I created a 5-page PDF using Adobe Scan on my iPad by scanning photos. Around two weeks ago, I opened the PDF, edited just one page, and saved it. I'm not sure exactly how I saved it.Today, when I opened the PDF again, I found that only the edited page remained. The other four pages had disappeared.I've checked Adobe Acrobat Online and the “Your documents” section, but I can only find the edited page. I haven't been able to locate a Trash or Deleted folder either.Is there any way to recover the original 5-page PDF or restore its missing pages? These pages are important to me, and I'd really appreciate any guidance.

Just wondering if there is a way to confirm that my cancellation/refund request was recieved and is being processed?  I submitted the online form using the information provided in reply to my original inquiry on this forum but other than the 'form submitted' pop up i have had no other confirmation. I would like confirmation that my cancellation/refund request has been recieved prior to the 14 day cancellation/refund cut off.

Any pdf opened in Adobe scan does not rotates if someone wants to read it wide how is it possible 

Hello Adobe community,I accidentally deleted an important Adobe Scan PDF yesterday.The scan was created on my iPhone at approximately 11:30 AM, and I selected Save PDF. Approximately 30 minutes later, at around 12:00 PM, I accidentally deleted the scan from Adobe Scan.I have checked Adobe Scan, Adobe Cloud → Adobe Scan, Adobe Cloud → Deleted, and the Files app on my iPhone. The PDF is not available anywhere.Because the file was created only about 30 minutes before it was deleted , could you please check whether it may still be recoverable from any Adobe backend retention, backup, or temporary storage?Device: iPhoneApp: Adobe ScanScan time: approximately 11:30AMDeletion time: approximately 12:00 PMThe document is extremely important to me. I would greatly appreciate it if this could be escalated to the appropriate technical team for a recovery check.Thank you.

I signed up for a free trial of Adobe Scan Premium through the Google store on my phone, I went back and cancelled the subscription after a couple of days as it wasn't as useful as I'd hoped.Unfortunately it seems that there was an error or the cancellation didnt go through as I now have a pending charge for  $104.99 on my card. As soon as I noticed the charge I went back to the google store and found that the original cancellation can't have gone through.  Im hoping that since I cancelled the same day it tried to charge my card and have not used the app at all that I can be refunded as the issue was a technical error. Trying to navigate the website for help is useless, hence posting here. The Adobe website tells me to refer queries to Google but they then refer me back to Adobe......some clarity would be great

Is there any way to turn off the automatic upload to cloud feature ? There should be.Give users the freedom to choose if they want to upload the file or not. 

I subscribed for the monthly profile. However, I can't access the paid for services. Such as compression of a file. When I try, it asks me to subscribe. I am already signed in.
