I scan file, click share copy and type in email, but it says failed to send. I’ve done this every time for years and no issue until now.

Hello All, Is there a way to log into Adobe scan via web browser and download the documents that I previously scanned through my mobile app? 

I have an emailed document that I need to save and then print. My format keeps changing

I had scanned a few files and after they got uploaded to cloud, it shows zero kb as size and can't open the file. An error shows " unable to open file. DCFSfilesystemerrordomain error 5." Please help because it is important to sort this ASAP. The app is the latest version, good internet.

I was charged Rs 6200 after the 7 day trial period. I cancelled the subscription but got no refund. I want to cancel the subscription and refund the money

Adobe scan crashing when scanning and when making adjustments to scanned pages. Has started crashing after only 30 pages. Because of poor edge detection I have to adjust and re-straighten all pages saved to photos after each crash. Also seams to use up battery charge and makes the iPad heat up.

Hi, my question is, how to adjust file mb version from 11mb to 5mb cause I am gonna send to my company but can’t cut any page, I need all to be in one pdf file but also can not be more than 5mb. How?

Se there are few documents which scanned with adobe scan in 2020 after that later i changed my phone and again downloaded adobe scan but it is not having the previous data so is there any way i can recover that data it important

Hello, I forgot to cancel free trial to a yearly subscription and I got charged on May 26, 2026. The amount was $69.99. Today is May 29, 2026 so I missed the forty eight hour deadline quite literally yesterday, huge mistake. I had called the developers really early in the morning and they told me to try to request a refund in the Google Play store but it will take one through four days and I'm not sure if it's guaranteed. I had the app for less than a month so I really want my refund back, because I got charged for a full yearly subscription. If you cancel within 14 days of your original purchase, you will get a full refund. I really need my seventy dollars back because like I said, I had barely even used the app for less than a month I only wanted to test the free trial and I forgot to cancel it yesterday. If I were to cancel with a bank I would most likely get a charge back and Google Play will terminate my account permanently, so I can't even consider that an option.

I need to be able to disable auto color by default at the time of capture. The auto color is so bad, over brightening, that I cannot see the document corners to correct the image crop.

I have the adobe scan app both on iPad and Android devices. I take some scans with it. I understand that if I download the PDF, make any change, and re-upload the PDF to “adobe scan” folder in adobe cloud, I can no longer make any changes in the app to that PDF because it was modified externally.  However, even if I DO NOT MAKE ANY CHANGE AT ALL, and simply download the PDF and re-upload it back to the “adobe scan” folder, the iPad app doesn’t let me modify.  The Android app lets me modify though.  Is the behavior in the iPad app intentional? Is it expected that even if I simply download a PDF from adobe cloud and re-upload it without doing anything to it (I don’t even open it) , the adobe scan app will refuse to let me modify it in anyway ?
