Charged immediately instead of free trial

Hi,

I accidentally subscribed to Adobe Scan Premium through Google Play because I believed I was starting a free trial, but the subscription charged me immediately.

I canceled the subscription right away, and submitted a refund request to Google Play, which is currently under review.

Is there anything Adobe can do to help with this situation?
