₹1500 Charged During So-Called “Free Trial” – I Demand an Immediate Refund

This is completely unacceptable.

 

I signed up for a 7-day free trial of Adobe Scan, and without any proper warning, ₹1500 was deducted from my account on 11th July 2025 at exactly 3:48 PM. If this is your idea of a “free trial,” it’s nothing but a scam in disguise.

 

I didn’t agree to be charged during the trial. I haven’t used any premium features and I’ve already canceled the subscription immediately after noticing the charge. But that doesn’t change the fact that Adobe took ₹1500 from me without consent.

 

I don’t want your service. I don’t want this subscription. I want my money refunded immediately.

 

If this isn’t resolved, I’ll uninstall every Adobe product, leave negative reviews from every account I have, and make sure others know how this “trial” trick works.

 

Fix this. Fast.

I checked the email address you registered on the community, and found an active subscription for Adobe Scan Premium.

 

The 7-day free trial is available when you opt in for the yearly membership and not monthly, which is your case.
