Cancelled subscription refund

I subscribed to the free trial and cancelled the trial before subscription start , but somehow I got charged INR 849 . I did not intend to pay nor subscribe to such service. I would greatly appreciated if I could get a full refund. Many thanks

was accidentally charged for a subscription to an app. I have canceled it, and I would like to request a refund, please.

I didn’t understand, if I have not used the service and used this app for
one time only and that is also for trial then why you Adobe deducted this
amount.

It clearly mentioned that if I don’t want to use final that please cancel
it before 10th September and which I did. This is how other apps
subscription are working.

Is there any contact number by which we can talk. Request you to please
refund my money back in the original source of payment. I even not used the
app after a day of installation.

To clarify Jeff's comments above, the 7-day free trial is available only when you opt in for a yearly subscription, not monthly.

 

You purchased the monthly subscription, which resulted in you getting charged immediately.

Also, for any refund related to payments made through Apple, we have very limited control over it.

In this case, we recommend that you contact Apple directly for further resolution, as they are in the best position to help you.
