Illustrator is not yet compatible with ARM devices. There is a beta version if you wish to try it out. Look under the Beta tab.

The desktop version is the primary version. The web version is a derivative of the feature-lite iPad version. Can you not download the desktop version from the CC app? What hardware and OS do you have?

There's a similar request here: Add a modifier key to Pen and Anchor Point tools to constrain an existing anchor handle’s angle while dragging a new handle out – Adobe Illustrator There may be others, but that's the closest I could find. Please add your vote.

Is this for Adobe Stock? A 65 MP pixel image would be just over 8,000 pixels square (for example). But as Jacob says it really doesn't make any sense for vector files.

I tried to replicate the scenario but didn't have the same difficulty getting the gradient annotator to stay active. Does it happen on every object? In a new file? Is there any chance you could share the file?

Do you mean the Properties panel? In the first image, the user has a workspace with several panels in 5 groups displayed collapsed. In the second image, you have three panels in one group displayed expanded. This is the default for the 'Essentials' workspace. You can switch to a different workspace or open more panels from the Window menu. Dock them by dragging them to the edge of the Illustrator window. Switch between expanded or collapsed with the tiny double arrows at the top-right of the panels. Read more from the manual: Illustrator workspace basics

Perhaps using two brushes with no stroke/fill helper objects 2x the width of the brush: Add separate strokes to the path and add the brushes: I added a bit of random rotation to one -- since they sit perfectly on top of each other, each 'pair' was aligned without it.

Monika can't reproduce the issue you are having, rather than the object. I can't either: Top to bottom: text with gradient fill, envelope applied (distort linear gradients off), envelope applied (distort linear gradients on).
