HQACC, Thank you for sharing the screenshot. Are you seeing the spinner when you open Share For Review or after clicking the Create button? Did you create the review in InDesign 17.4 and are now updating the review in InDesign 18.0? Additional details would help. You can email me directly at kenrice@adobe.com.

Check the Deleted section on the CC Assets site at Adobe Creative Cloud. The items in Deleted count against your storage quota but do not appear on you local computer under the Creative Cloud Files folder. Think Recycle Bin on Windows or Trash on Mac OS, but in this case only accessible from a web browser.

By default the Creative Cloud desktop application turns on file syncing. So anything you upload to the CC Assets site is downloaded to the Creative Cloud folder locally on your computer, and anything you put into the Creative Cloud folder locally is uploaded. You can turn off file syncing and just have the items in the cloud. Anytime you want to use a file locally you would need to download it (assuming you did not have a local copy).

Not exactly sure what is meant by "same account." Looks like you have a team plan with an Administrator who assigns Paid Seats to individual users each who each have a different Adobe ID (email address). I was not aware of 1TB of storage being available for the Creative Cloud yet, but may have missed that announcement. I know that 1TB is available for Lightroom, but this photo storage is different from the general Creative Cloud storage. But regardless of the storage quota (amount of storage) each user will have their own storage, not a common pool of shared storage. And yes I do wish that all the options were a bit easier to understand. Thank you for your questions.

1. Each person on the team has their own 100 GB of storage. It is not 100 GB shared amongst the team. 2. Any unshared files only take up storage for the individual who placed them in their Creative Cloud Files folder. 3. Any collaborated folders do use up storage for each person who is a member of the collaboration. For example person A and person B collaborate. Person A created the folder but it will also use person B's storage. Further person A and person C could have a collaboration which would not affect person B since they are not part of this particular folder collaboration. 4. Finally there are public links. You can view the file or folder via the CC Assets web application but none of your storage is used. If you decide to download the files (if Allow Download is enabled) then you have your own copy now.

With file syncing off you can upload (and download) files using the CC Assets website at https://assets.adobe.com. The CC Assets does support versioning and also has comments which you can use to help with tracking the updates if wished.

You can turn off Core Sync from the Preferences of the Creative Cloud desktop application. Click on the gear icon in the top right and from the drop-down menu select Preferences. Switch from the General tab to the Creative Cloud tab and then select the Files sub-tab below this. Under the section Sync On/Off select Off.

@francisr89186615 - The screenshots you posted are not showing up. Would you describe what you are seeing or re-post the screenshots. I just tried on Ubuntu 16.10 with Chrome version 54 and can sign in to the CC Assets site. Aware that Debian 8 is a different OS.

Assuming you mean the Archive that is part of the CC Assets site at https://assets.adobe.com/files?filter=archive Any items you remove (move or delete) from the Creative Cloud Files folder on your desktop computer (assuming you are using file syncing) go into the Archive. You can also explicitly put items into the Archive from the CC Assets site. So items in your Archive are only online and not available on your desktop computer, so there is no way to work on them unless you choose the Restore option. Then they are moved back into the Files section and sync down to your Creative Cloud Files folder.

Currently you cannot add new content to a library on the CC Assets site. You can Copy library elements from a library to a new library. I will pass on your feedback about being able to batch upload files to a library either from the CC Assets site or from the library panel inside of a desktop application such as Photoshop or Illustrator.

@P4ugusto - Not clear how this relates to file syncing and the CC Assets site at https://assets.adobe.com. The applications that are part of your Adobe Creative Cloud subscription should show as installed in the Creative Cloud desktop application. For example I have only 1 application installed per the screenshot. Please explain the problem you are having with more detail.

There was a metadata problem that caused the files to not be visible. They have been placed in a folder named "Recovered 2016-10-14 22-25-02 UTC". If no longer needed you can Archive and then Permanently Delete the folder.

Thank you for the screenshots. File syncing is not completing for some reason for the two folders shown ending in "(11-15)" in the Finder. And there are additional errors for files shown in the error dialog. Are you able to see these folders from the CC Assets site at https://assets.adobe.com/files? This will allow you to get the collection ids. If the folders are only showing in the Creative Cloud Files folder on your computer, and not on the CC Assets site that would be good to know. Also please collect your log files using the Log Collector Tool and email them to me at kenrice@adobe.com. I will have the Core Sync team examine the files.

@TracyWinDC - Files that are in the Archive will show an "Archived" label on the top right of the thumbnail image in the Search results. The folders in the Archive are "flat" meaning you cannot see their contents. Clicking on an "Archived" file will take you to the Archive. You will then need to Restore the file or the folder containing the file.

Which plan are you subscribed to? If you are subscribed to the Photography plan (Photoshop and Lightroom) then this plan only comes with a 2 GB storage quota. If you are subscribed to the full Creative Cloud or an individual application plan then you will have a 20 GB storage quota.

Your Archive online is empty. In the Files folder you have 216 files stored. Most of these are Canon RAW files so not too surprising that they are taking up 2.17 GB or your 2 GB storage quota.

@Sean-King-Jeppesen - Please post the collection id for the folder you are not able to delete. You can get it from the browser url. For example my private folder (collection) link is https://assets.adobe.com/files?location=https%3A%2F%2Fcc-us1-prod.adobesc.com%2Fapi%2Fv1%2Fcollections%2F4a600e23-0379-477a-b20a-ddab9a4c5dc1. So the collection id is the part after collections%2F which is 4a600e23-0379-477a-b20a-ddab9a4c5dc1. With that information we can investigate and resolve the problem.
