Check out this CSV, it doesn't work my friend. I think the "slice(10)" is not a general solution, I wanted to ask you about a general solution that if I want to have different number of rows/columns it will stil work. I'm basically need to know when a row ends (meaning each row is a product)

Hello everyone, I'm trying to read a JSON file using a photoshop script. I will select the JSON file via File Dialog: var selectedFile = app.openDialog(); I want to loop through all JSON's objects and alert the values. (this is just a test) for that here is an example of a JSON I made: [
{"SKU":"AAA","TITLE":"Banana"},
{"SKU":"BBB","TITLE":"Peach"}
] To sum up: The photoshop script will pop a dialog asking the user to select a JSON file, and then it will show 4 alerts: AAA, Banana, BBB, Peach Any help will be much appreciated!

Hi everyone,
I have a large set with a lot of actions, the actions contain scripts.
The scripts usually doesn't have a specific path, so if I click the little arrow next to it I just see the name of the script that is inside of the "Scripts" folder in Program Files, but without the actual path, which is what I want so I can move my script easily between computers.
But sometimes I do have the Program Files in the path.
I would like to know how to find it.
any help will be greatly appreciated.

Hello everyone, I have a document with a smart object on it: I have this image path: "E:\REPLACE SO\DSC_4591_Round.jpg" I want a script to replace the smart object with the image path i have without using a dialog to select the file, is that possible? Part of a script, for example if has the keyword then doAction("TEST","Set 1"); I saw that xmp explanation elsewhere but know that I have a tif file, it has no xmp file. Is it really the case that there is no way to script access to file's metadata without actually opening the binary image data into Photoshop?

in VBA for example (Excel) I can create a shell object and check without opening nothing. The shell let's you get the data you need. I'm 99% sure this can be done as well in Photoshop.

Hello everyone, I have this code which is working, it loops all subfolders and it only enters files with the file extension I wrote above (NEF & tif). I want the mask to enter the code only if the subfolder is "TEST", is this possible or do I have to loop again on all subfolders and write 'if conditional' inside the loop? Hello everyone, I have a green background that I want to select and it's not always the exact same color of green. I need to use something that choses the greens in the screens like Color Range and not something like Quick Selection Tool or Magic Wand because the location of the green on the image is dynamic also. Examples to 2 images and the same Color Range applied to both: As you can see it won't choose the image correctly. I tried stuff like Select > Similar, and Select > Grow and it's not that successful. Any ideas what to do?

I have this simple script to select a folder via dialog and assign it to variable:

My folder location is a network drive and the path is:
