Script to Rotate and keep aspect ratio and proportions

Hello everyone,

I have a smart object, a rectangle, that is sometimes rotated and need to be straightened.

It looks like this:

I want to rotate it using a jsx or jsxbin script, I need to keep aspect ratio and proportions, and this is probably the result i'm searching for: 2 sides to have a 90 degrees angle together

(after this will be acheived I have a script that straightens rectangle to the canvas)

Is the rotation angle always the same value?

No it changes, I editted the original post of what i'm try to get: at least a 90 degrees angles between 2 sides so afterwards I can straighten it
