I did, i actually even restarted my mac and it is actually worse than before. Prior it had the previously installed adobe fonts but not the new one i selected. Now as you can see from my screenshot none of them are loading.

Using mac sequoia 15.6 and abobe indesign 2026. Adobe fonts don't activate in Indesign. When i select a font to activate in the adobe font website it does not activate / show available in indesign. What do I need to do to resolve this issue.

When creating a multi page illustrator document the artboard are not displaying numerically after the first 16 pages. Please see the screenshot attached and look at the upper left hand corner of each artboard. I am running Mac Sequoia 15.6, using Illustrator 29.8.1. Please help as this is causing issues with importing the ai file into InDesign.

I have a background image that I want to take the vector text that is in front of it and mask it. I have done this in the past but now it seems to not be working. Never mind, I figured it out. It was the way I had my leaders I had a space then the period. Once I made it the period then space it aligned properly.

Please help... When setting up my tabs to right align for Dollar amounts with leaders they are not aligning right. They are all jagged.

The first photo is what it used to look like when I wanted to move type along a path. But today I don't see the handle/center bracket that allows me to move type on a path. Can someone please tell me where my handle/center bracket has gone or how to get it back?

This just started today. Trying to print a job to our Hamada 133 Plate setter I am getting the following error and then it doesn't print. "Pricing Error: The Adobe Print Engine has failed to output your data due to an unknown problem. Please see screen shots below.

I had done that and it didn't give me this desired effect. This is different from the first photo as it has cut lines on it and I didn't realized till I clicked on it that the cut lines were more jagged and not roundish.

I need to distort or add edges to a outlined font in Illustrator to match what was previously done by someone that no longer works here. The client is going to have a change and I need to figure out how to do this. Good Afternoon. I am using the most recent indesign and running on MacOS High Sierra Ver 10.13.6 . When I have a 17" x 11" document and that I put crops on to print on a 18" x 12" sheet of paper it reduces my document size horizontally on the printed piece of paper. The printed piece with bleed should measure 17.25" x 11.25" but when I put the crops on it measures it measures 17.1875" x 11.25". If I print on 18" x 12" paper without crops but leave the bleed on to print it will print at the correct size of 17.25" x 11.25". Please someone help with the horizontal scaling that is occurring.

Hi, I'm On Mac High Sierra OS using Illustrator CC2018 my left and right and up and down arrows not working. If I click on an item in illustrator and try to move it just a smidge using the arrow keys it won't move. It worked fine yesterday morning than for some reason yesterday afternoon and today it hasn't worked. I have tried restarting and it's still doing it. Your assistance is appreciated.

I need assistance please. I have a new Mac High Sierra OS and running adobe cloud 2018. On my old Mac running Sierra OS I could import ai files and it would maintain the bounding box when I brought it into InDesign. On my new Mac I bring in let's say a letterhead at 8.5" x 11" and it will only bring in where the logo and address information is not the entire letterhead of 8.5" x 11" and I have made sure there is a 8.5" x 11" box around the letterhead. This doesn't happened with I use eps files but I need a fix for this with ai files. Please help.

Hello, I have a question... When I double click on a Illustrator eps file on my Mac High Sierra that we just got it opens as a pdf file. That never used to happen on my old Mac which was running Sierra. Is there a fix for this other than having to drag the file into Illustrator.
