Horizontal scale reduction when printing from InDesign w/Crops

Good Afternoon.

I am using the most recent indesign and running on MacOS High Sierra Ver 10.13.6 . When I have a 17" x 11" document and that I put crops on to print on a 18" x 12" sheet of paper it reduces my document size horizontally on the printed piece of paper. The printed piece with bleed should measure 17.25" x 11.25" but when I put the crops on it measures it measures 17.1875" x 11.25". If I print on 18" x 12" paper without crops but leave the bleed on to print it will print at the correct size of 17.25" x 11.25".  Please someone help with the horizontal scaling that is occurring.

Is there a place in indesign where you can reduce the length of the crop marks?

It is entirely possible that the cropmarks are too large and the page therefore is too large for the page.

I tried what you suggested and it is still doing the same thing.

In that case, it seems your printer is at fault.

Could you please post screen shots of the Setup and Marks and Bleed sections of your Print dialog window?
