Hi, I'm wondering about creative cloud and if it can be used to replace our creative file server. We are a team of three. Is anyone else using it like this? We would need to migrate our whole server up there and it is over the 100gb size included with the plan. Can this be upgraded? If anyone else is using for your team I'd really like to hear from you. There does not seem to be much (or any) documentation from Adobe on using this as a cloud service for business, teams. Thank you

I have seen this issue on a lot of forums but none of the solutions i have seen seem to be working. I have a PDF form set up. Text fields print fine but when a check box is checked the check mark does not print. I am creating on a Mac using Acrobat Pro DC 2015 release. Any idea why?

I'm having the same exact problem and had started a separate post about it here a few days ago. I have been troubleshooting this for days with internal IT and our external Mac support vendor. We have looked into virtually everything; Suitcase, network latency, fonts, OS version, preference files, user accounts, etc. Nothing we do stops the latest version of Indesign CC 2017 from crashing when packaging a file. Just as a test I re-installed Indesign CC 2015, and it does not crash when i package the same files that cause a crash in 2017, works fine. BUT I have been working in 2017 for weeks now and hundreds of files are now in the 2017 format, which I cannot open in 2015. Yes I can open them all in 2017 and save them down but that is ridiculous. So, I'm pretty frustrated to have once again updated to the latest version of an Adobe product, only to have it create a giant headache for me and problems in my professional workflow.

Hi Monica, Thank you. Yes, the file I am working on is on our file server. The issue seems to stop if I copy the file to the desktop then package it. But this did not happen with previous version of Indesign and nothing has changed on our file server. Steps to reproduce are my opening any file and trying to package. I cannot supply a file, these are work files. It seems the issue is trying to package files over the network...

I updated and regret it. Indesign crashes now every time I try to package a file for output, which i need to do a lot. Strangely, sometimes the keyboard command for "Close file" Command-W also does not work sometimes. Other bugs as well, will update as i encounter.

I see this question has been asked in the past, but not sure if the answer has changed with newer versions of Acrobat. Is it possible to create a form in Acrobat Pro (which would be deployed to people only with Reader) that enables users to upload an image into a specified field? Thank you.

Does anyone know if it is possible to batch optimize PDFs using a preset I have created in "PDF Optimizer" window within advanced optimization options? Is there a way to script this? I can't seem to figure out a way to do. The standard "Reduce File Size" settings are not acceptable for what I am trying to do. Thanks!

I recently had to re-install a previous version of Acrobat (X pro) due to DC bugs and incompatibilities. Now every day, when i first boot the application it quits and asks for a serial number, which i have, I enter the number, the program works for the rest of the day, then same thing happens the next day. I am running creative suite CC 2015 as well, all on Mac OS X 10.10.5 Any idea how i can get Acrobat to not quit and ask for number every day?
