General Preferences > Resetting on Quit (save your workspace first!!!) seems to have fixed the issue. As does turning off rulers. My test was basic: 72 DPI 8x11document, attempt quick cross hatching. Works in CC2018, in CC2019 instead of lines I only get dots where the lines should start. After Reset, response is much better(still feels off) unless you try and use rulers. How many users experiencing wacom lag are using nVidia graphics cards? My desktop has a Nvidia GTX 980 Ti and suffers the above symptoms. My 2016 MacBook Pro does not.

I gave the new version a spin. The version that came with CC 2019 would spawn dialogs that couldn't be canceled or confirmed. EXtractor 2.0 doesn't appear to work. Applied to a layer, the "click for dialog" doesn't do anything at all. Just confirmed this is same behavior for just released AE 16.0.1 which included EXtractor 1.9. Replaced with 2.0. Same behavior.

I have a variety of PDFs with "go to a page" links that only function on the desktop. These are added in Acrobat Pro DC with both link and form (button) options. None work with the Acrobat Reader on the iOS. Oddly enough launched as a "recent document " from the iPad home bar or with an alternate reader (Good Reader) the PDFs all perform correctly. These are not links to web pages, external docs only pages inside of the PDF itself. Is there a security toggle I'm missing?
