Is your "audio view" open.? Check to see that your audio view control is closed. If you see it on the right side of the timeline, you will not see waveform. Select "show classic view" and the waveform is once again visible. These two options appear as icons on the top left side of the timeline under the title Markers.

Though it is possible to post typical 16x9 and other formats for Facebook ads, I believe the general user is limited in posting to their timeline or wall to a default size. A better method is to post the video on youtube or some such and then post the link on FB. Then it opens in the format you prefer.

Sometimes after a lot of use the program develops corrupted files. Uninstall the program and download and install a new one (same version as the one you own). This sounds radical but is not, since all your projects and preferences are saved and it takes about as much time as troubleshooting.

Can't hear audio! OK. Mute is OFF. All tests are fine for audio and speakers. I can hear sound on things outside of Premiere. I see the audio levels of my video indicate sound. But I can't hear anything. Would love some help. ....Susan V

Using the radial filter I make adjustments inside the circle and click 'done.' I make adjustments outside the circle and click 'done.' The result is that the adjustments inside the circle revert to the original. Eek! Please, if you can help, How do I save both inside/outside adjustments in combination?
