I am on with support now. First, this is a known issue and they are working to have it fixed in the next release. I was asked to download beta 24.3 and test, but had the same result: Instant crash with morph cut. I was asked to rollback to 24.0, but declined because I cannot delete the current version and settings. I was given a link to download 24.0 that will simultaneously install, and gave it a go. SUCCESS   (Mod note: Link from support is removed. Please do not share this link, it is for your use only).   I'm not sure how simultaneous the install was as 24.3 seems gone, but everything seems to be working. I did a totally clean install of Mojave and CC 2019 so cannot (easily) compare to CC 2018, but it definitely seems to be performing worse. To add more variables to the mix, I upgraded 3 things at once ( I know, I know...)      OS: Yosemite (10.10) -> Mojave (10.14)      GPU: Sapphire HD 7950 3GB -> Radeon RX 580 8GB      CC: 2018 -> 2019 I have a clone of my Yosemite drive and could attempt to open the new projects in CC 2018 if that's possible and helpful...? Yes, disabling app sleep has made a noticeable improvement in dynamically linked comps -- basically going from completely stalled previews to moderately slow previews. What seems to bring things back to full speed is quitting PP & AE then opening just Premiere and hitting preview. Once I start editing/animating, though it's back to moderately slow previews.
