Free Business Proposal Layout file won't open, fil...

Hello, I just tried downloading the Free "Business Proposal Layout" available with CC2017 only it stalled out during the download. I exited ID to start from scratch but now the computer thinks I already have the file and there is no "Download" button, just "Open". When I click on "open", I get a message that the file "is damaged and can't be recovered." Any ideas on how I can trick the system into letting me download it again? Thanks for any help.

11.08.16 Here's how I fixed it - I'm using Adobe CC. File/Print and then look for the box that says "General" on the top. Scroll down to "Setup" and then look in the "Options" box on the right. Then change the pull down menu that says "Page Position" to "Centered". Mine was set to "upper left" until I made the change.

I'm following this because I am having the same problem. I have NOT gone through the troubleshooting steps provided by Aadesh since Scott7118 said they did not work. Honestly, I am holding out for an Adobe CC update that fixes this for me.

Count me in as having the same error warnings but I haven't tried any of the "fixes" mentioned here because I see responses that nothing has satisfactorily worked. I would rather click one button that would fix the problem then go through a series of steps that takes me into areas of my computer that I am not familiar with or comfortable tinkering with. Can't Adobe CC just come up with an upgrade that fixes all of this for us?

I am having the same issue but can not delete the Opm.db file as advised. When I try, I get a pop up window that reads: "The action can't be completed because the file is open in Service for Adobe Desktop Apps. Choose the file and try again." - only no Adobe programs are open.
