Looks to me like there are at least two threaded text frames in play here, and that the text Electrical Wire Technology Expo has auto-leading rather than a fixeed leading value, and that those lines are set to Align to Grid. Making the text larger is increasing the leading, forcing the text to skip grid lines and pushing the Date into the next frame (which looks like it is overlapping slightly). Pretty sure those are data field markers from your data merge operation, and the only way to remove them is to run a plain text Find/Change looking for <FEFF>. You can export each story to RTF from the File > Export ... dialog if you have an active cursor in the story. There is also an ExportAllStories sample script to do it all at once, but you will get a file for EVERY individual text thread, including things like headers an page markers. ... View more

A further thought, and no slight intended here, but I suspect you are not a native Arabic reader, and your regular experience tells you the book "Starts at the back" which is why you think that the pages should run from bottom to top. In fact, RTL books also "Start at the front," it's just that they're bound on the opposite edge, so a native reader would most likely expect page one to be the first one encountered when scrolling though the document. ... If your book is in Arabic, the odd numbered pages should be on the left and the evens on the right, so your first and last pages, as shown in the clip and your screen captures, are on the wrong sides. hi joel,, mutlipageimporter places/shifts the pages content in reverse order but do not actually reverse the pages number.  ..your page1 stays to be page1 and also your last page stays numbered the same way..  what this script does is, it shifts/reverses the contents, not the actual page number. Let me simplifiy this a bit. If you are going to make a change to an object on the docment page, you need a REALLY good reason for it to be on the Parent page, and maintaining positin is not, in my opinion, good enough in a long document. I never use Primary Text Frames (I've been using InDesing since long before they were added and never needed them). Text frame size and position are controled with the margins, and I use the Shift Key when placing text to autoflow and add pages as necessary. You can define any set of parameters you like for a text frame object style and set it as your default. You can even define multiple text frame object styles and switch between them as needed. In fact you don't even need to define the object style if you define your paragraph styles and select them as required before placing the text, but again, in a long doc, object styles can be a big help. ... Unfortunately, I don’t know how to do that. By @Betsy35212089j8j2   File > New and uyse the same document setup specifications as you have in the original. Rename the A Parent page to something you didn't use in the original file so it won't be substituted when you move your pages. In the original file open the Pages Panel, select all the pages, and from the panel menu choose Move Pages... In the dialog that opens, choose the new blank file you just created, choose Before Page 1, and click OK In the new file delete the last page (whaich was Page 1 before y9ou moved the other into the file). Save wwith a new filename so you don't overwrite your original file. ... View more
