This is really depressing to read. I was looking at going for the whole CC because I've had it with Reallusion's animation software. It crashes so often that it is unusable.

I have to re-think my reply. The bugs are now so bad that the program is unusable. It crashed several times today. It may be OK for Windows, but Mac users are having some real problems with it.

I've been using it for a couple of years now. It does have a bit of a learning curve (for me, anyway, as I'd never done animation before). It does work with Photoshop. Am using it right now, as a matter of fact. They just released a new version, Cartoon Animator 4, with multi angle characters. Needs a couple of bugs worked out because it was just released on April 30, but overall, I like the program.

I gave in and upgraded to Photoshop CC. Now when I customize a character and save it, it updates in CTA3. I have had some issues with lagging since I upgraded to Mojave.

I use Crazytalk Animator 3.31 Pipeline. CTA3 Pipeline launches Ps for further editing. I love working with it, when it works. Adobe CC sent an update yesterday. I’ll keep you posted.

I’m thinking of doing a restore. I backed up my Mac the night before I updated to Mojave. Mojave was a pain to update. Was on phone with apple tech for over an hour. Ps creative cloud does not work. Crazytalk Animator-Pipeline is so slow that it’s impossible to use. I also had Photoshop Elements installe. I uninstalled it, but it did not help. Every time I see an Apple update, I always ask myself, “What fresh hell is this?”

Hi, Elizabeth! I was indeed able to download. I bought the Photoshop/Premiere Elements package. I was able to download it from the page pictured. The error message is attached as well. I had tried downloading it from the link in the email I received after I placed my order. The wait time for the chat is ridiculous. I ended up getting help on the forum. I’ve been using Premiere Elements for years. I love using it. Thanks for replying!

I just purchased the Premiere/Photoshop software package and cannot download it. I get "Download error" but no error number. I've been waiting on chat for over half an hour. I did get charged for it.

Hi, Steve! Thanks for responding so promptly. I'm sorry I didn't get back to you sooner. Here are the screen grabs. My friend has his own studio, and painted a wall flat black. My subject was not wearing black. I will definitely use a green screen next time, especially now that I see how inexpensive they are. I was able to use the footage anyway by varying the opacity and using other special effects. That is something I love about Premiere Elements--it is straightforward and intuitive. I can work around problems, and come up with interesting combinations of effects. I enjoy your videos very much.

I have Premiere Elements 15 for Mac. I have been trying to superimpose a video of someone singing against over another video. I have tried Videomerge but only bits of the background come through. I have also tried making mattes in Photoshop, but even though I have been following directions to the letter, the mattes don't work. Nothing works, except for a 4 point garbage matte. Even with adjustments, it looks awful. I wanted to superimpose the singer, not put him in a black box. I have been at it for hours and have searched the manual and these forums for ideas. I still cannot do this. I've tried using Difference Matte, Track Matte, and Non Red Key as well. I've tried so many things that I can't remember them all, and my head is spinning. Will I have to re-shoot my footage against a green or blue screen? I used black because that was my friend's setup. I hope someone can help me.
