Same exact issue here. My solution has been to save as a new file and that seems to usually work, but I'd rather not have to do that.

Also I am on PC, so looks like the issue is cross OS.

Oh my god. You just saved my sanity. It was indeed Pushbullet in my case. Followed your recommendations and I'm back to normal!
