Hi, I was wondering if there's any new information about tracking help effectivenes of RoboHelp Responsive HTML 5 output. Basically, I need to: Allow users to rate topics (somthing like "Was this topic helpful?") Allow users to leave comments to topics Receive notifications of new comments Have analytics on received comments There're a lot of threads on the forum related to AIR output; however, I'm interested in Responsive HTML 5 only. No, not the case. Having checked that before asking for your help There are no extra lines in RoboHelp topics sources. Is it somehow adjustable? I mean to configure spacing between topics in printed output.

Peter, the XML output works great after the update, thank you! The other thing that would be really helpful is the possibility to generate the HTML output, but only per-page, without the <header> and <script>? Just the contents. Is it possible? Or, are there any best practices to achieve our sidebar context help goal?

Hi Peter, I've tried generating XML output out of EmployeeCare sample project. I tried all 3 available export handlers : 1. Export Project to DocBook 2. Export Project to XHTML 3. Export Topics to DocBook Here is what I received: Again, in all of the above outputs, htm file are generated, e.g Employee_Care folder:

Hi there, For our project, we need to create a context help, not in the separate window but in the sidebar of the web app itself. The output generated by RoboHelp (Responsive HTML5) consists of HTML pages with <header>, <body>, some scripts, etc., while we need just the page body to render it in the sidebar. We also tried to generate the XML output, hoping to parse it somehow, but it doesn't differ from the HTML for some reason. There are NO .xml file and a bunch of .htm pages with headers and scripts. Any suggestions?

Hi Rick, "Section One folder does have a default topic set" - this means that this folder (book) in TOC has a selected Book with Link check box and it has a defined topic that should open when someone clicks Section One in TOC.

Hi there, Currently, I'm using an Indigo layout for my project, which builds breadcrumbs pretty well by default. Hovewer, It's not possible to move anywhere around my Help by clicking the breadcrumb links. They look like links, but seem not to be working. For example, clicking Section One in the breadcrumbs area does nothing, while clicking Section One in TOC opens the corresponding default topic for this folder. Any idea how to fix it?

When will the whole ATCS (2015 release) be compatible with Windows 10? As far as I know, now only RoboHelp is working on Windows 10. How about other tools? When trying to install the whole suite or Captivate or FrameMaker separately, I receive the following error: Restarting does not help.
