Has anyone found an answer to this problem.  I have updated to the 2021 version and was not having any problems other than slow boot up (2-3 min).  When I logged in this morning (having changed nothing) My cursor is jumping around when I click on a tab.  For instance, if I click on the filter dropdown, the cursor jumps to type!  Any ideas?  Did I inadvertantly change a setting or something? ... The background was completely transparent as the image was "cut out" from the original background in PS so I don't think that is what is causing the image to be flattened.  It was saved as a tiff then imported in LR Classic.  There has to be something I'm doing wrong with the way I'm saving it.  LOL  I'll just remember to edit first then cut out or make sure the presets I need are in Camera Raw!  ... I did actually save the adjustments in LR using the tif "save transparency" setting hoping that the transparent background would save but did not have any luck there.  Not sure what else I could do.  as for the brushes, I tried to install them directly into CR but they are in the wrong format to be recognized so I guess I'm out of luck until Adobe auto changes those pathways as well.  I have manually added the ones I used the most but what a pain!  lol ... I extracted an image from green screen, saved as a .tif then imported into lightroom to do some processing as some of my needed presets wouldn't show up in Camera Raw.  When I tried to open back into PS, the transparent background had been replaced with white thus nullifying the extraction!  I tried to save as tiff with save transparency but that didn't help.  Ended up going back to my original extractions and manually entering the presets I needed for Camera Raw.  Basically a loss of half a day!  for some reason, my Brush Adjustment presets in LR have stayed in the LRTemplate file path and are not recognized by CR.  I usually do my processing before extraction but the green screen can get distracting and I didn't realize those presets wouldn't be available!  Oh well..... ... I am using the most updated form of LR.  I also checked the paths of those adjustment presets.  They still say LRTemplate, work in LR but don't show in Camera Raw. ... View more

I have the opposite problem.  I have adjustment brush presets for LR that I'd like to use in Camera Raw however they are in LRTemplate format and Camera Raw doesn't recognize them.  They work in LR so I assume they have been converted to XMP but they do not show up in Camera Raw.  My other presets that are XMP show up in both.  Any ideas? ... Sadly this was not the answer.  I can't seem to get the program to form the proper pathway.  After the above error message the next screen I get is "After Effects can't continue:  The Common Extensibility Platform (CEP) suite couldn't be loaded.  You many need to reinstall."  I have done this several times with no luck.  I really wish error messages would come with a "How to fix error" link!  lol  Most of us have no idea what these messages mean!! I need this program to fix "spillover" from a green screen.  Do you know of another way to do this?  If so I just won't use this program.... ... View more
