I upgraded my Adobe Manager. I also downloaded new manager. I have a licence. My adobe programs works but this error message is still showing. Can somebody help me please?

Hi, i have one simple question. Why this button keep redirecting me on this Adobe side instead of normal Creative Cloude Files to share. Two days ago it was ok, but today it is not time for sharing or what? Or is it kind of a product design joke?

Hello all, Please i have problem with my brush settings. I wanted to download "KyleBrush" so i read how to download but option "get more brushes" is missing. I read some rumors that Adobe support this function only on US servers. I use Adobe Photoshop CC 2015.5 on Windows. EU region. Thank you for the any advice.
