Adobe XD

HelloI design on xd adobe and on the prototype i made componentta and than sent it to destination, the page of the destination become gray and when i play it, it becomes black. Does anybody know what i did wrong?

Hello everyone and thank you in advance.I'm a UI Designer wannabe and i'm approaching this world and i'm still figuring out what are the best ways to showcase my personal works and prototypes. I know that Adobe XD doesn't export in interactive pdf (yet) so i was looking for a way to showcase the projects i'm currently working on. Any ideas? How do you show your work?If you could suggest me any documentation / website, i would be so happy. thank you again.

Hi, I have Adobe XD installed into my system and it is updated as well but it's not working. The app doesn't start/open at all. I tried reinstalling the app but it didn't help. I work on windows 10 OS.

I am learning to use Adobe XD after coming from Figma. My main issue is no matter what responsive setting I set for the objects/board the objects don't scale in proportion with the grid. See below examples of Figma vs Adobe, anyone has a solve for this? THIS IS HOW IT WORKS IN FIGMA EXAMPLE (how I want it to respond in XD)You can see the squares resize exactly in proportion to grid columns when you scale the board, everything stays nice and aligned.After  THIS IS WHAT IS HAPPENING IN ADOBE XDBefore (I set each square with different responsive setting, none worked as intended)After

What the hell is going on with Xd.? Its showing color entirely different than photoshop and illustrator. And cant eve  copy paste colors or images with accuracy.  And illustrator is now automatically shifting colors here and there evrytime the file is saved. You close and then open it. Ta da.. A diff color code which you have to sit and edit.  Pls don't bring in any new features unless you are able to fix the extremely annoying current problems. 

Hi everyone! I hope you're well and healthy! So I have my website on Portfolio. And I like it. It's simple, shows my work buuut it lacks on photo carousels, so I made one, interactive and all on XD. On desktop browsers looks badass but the problem relies on the mobile version. I already tried activating responsive resize, create another version under iPhone templates, updating the link. And I don't know about coding but I think it could be it. Or what do you think? I'm a first time XD user doing part I of the prototyping workshop as part of the Adobe MAX conference. The session instructor has the "point text" and "area text" buttons in the text section of the inspection panel, but I only see "auto width," "auto height," and "fixed size." Any ideas as to how to get the point text buttons to show?

I used to be able to open an XD document, go to the Share tab, and click on a link that was created so I could add comments, etc. I was able to click the link though not manage it because I don't won the file. Well now I am no longer able to even see the link...I really hope this is a bug because I would like to access my links from my files and not the stupid "Manage Links" library which is a giant pain in the ass!   <Title was renamed by moderator>

OS:  Android OS Issue:  An update from Adobe XD was not working.  So I uninstalled Adobe XD on my Samsung Android mobile device, using the inbuilt uninstaller.  Now I can not install a fresh copy of Adobe XD.  It just won't work.  I need it in order to view as close as possible the actual mobile experience on Android mobile.  Help - what can I do?     <Title renamed by moderator>

Windows 10 latest buildXD latest buildIssue: anytime I try to open a XD document or use one of the prebuilt templates, XD instantly crashes.I can get to the launch screen which shows the prebuilt templates and recent files but then BOOM. Gone.Attempts to fix:I've uninstalled and reinstalled.I've also tried downgrading to other versiuons and it fails to install (plenty of room on my SSD).I've sent in crash logs.My other Adobe CC programs work fine.Any suggestions? Hello community,I hope I am doing something wrong but I'm afraid this is as intended and would love to hear your opinion.Situation:Adobe XD V: 40.1.22.3, CCS: 3.11.0.12, Windows 10Horizontal scroll container, elemenets within it have a tap trigger to a new artboard.Problem:When the prototype is running, releasing my tap / click will trigger the tap trigger. This results in use errors while swiping - like everytime.Discussion:Normally having a tap trigger fire on release instead of "tap motion" (or even worst: on touch) is a pretty good practice. But this normally has to be coupled with a time-buffer. This way you get the biggest freedom of use and those "finger down on a button - uuuuh wait - sliding off button - avoiding the user error"-moments. But how it is at the moment it is the exact opposite: swiping - ariving over button - letting go of the slide motion - triggering tap trigger "on release" = use error. I mean starting a touch outside of the button and releasing it on a tap tri

Hi,  I lost a month's worth of work on Adobe XD Creative cloud. Everything was working alright until Adobe XD signed me out and asked me to sign in again. After resigning in, I could not recover my file anymore. I tried to search for it locally and on the cloud and it does not appear.  I've searched everywhere  in the AppData\Local\Packages\Adobe.CC.XD_adky2gkssdxte directory and could not find it. However when I access ACPLocalLogs file, it has an activity snapshot of the file I was working on. The file I am searching for is called "UX Design Shop Front".  Could you please help or advice? I think the file is lost somewhere in the cloud and I don't know how to retrieve it. I've attached the ACPLocalLogs file for reference.  Thank you 

Does anyone else start rocking slowly back and forth when they start to think about editing a component?

As per the plan comparison - https://www.adobe.com/in/products/xd/pricing/individual.html the started pack is mentioned as "for personal use". Can it be used for commerical purpose as well?

I was just asking myself, if i can design a full funktional Website (clickable buttons and links, etc.). Or if adobe xd is just for designing the graphics...   Thanks for your answer Lovis   <Title renamed by moderator>

Hi, I get the Adobe XD Starter Plan as recommended by Google and I couldn't share the link to ask for users to test my prototype.It was the first time I was doing this and a message informed me I've reached the capacity for link sharing with my plan. Ask me to upgrade to publish more links.How is that possible? UX with Adobe XD is compromised.   {Renamed BY MOD}

Normally to deselect text I would click anywhere on the artboard, but this doesn't work after I highlight a part of the sentence and change color to it. I have to click on the text (because after using assets panel, artboard isn't active/in focus anymore) and only after that you can deselect it. Takes extra step which is annoying. Windows 10 XD version 4.0.1.   Working all morning on a mockup stored on the cloud.  All day I have been unable to undo - can't CTRL Z and the Edit > Undo is disabled.   I eventually get sick of not being able to make mistakes so I decide to exit and relaunch.  Unfortunately I can't.  Pressing the close red X doesn't do anything.  Going to File > Close doesn't do anything.  Alt+F4 does nothing.  So I go to task manager and kill the app.   I re-launch and all the work I have done is gone - and I still wasn't able to undo or close the application.   The application has been performing very poorly in recent weeks.  It crashes on me at least once a day.  2 or 3 times a day something strange happens - like I can't edit text or move things until I close and re-open the application.   <Title was renamed by moderator>

Exported PNG or JPG image renders with added transparency. I have to edit the file in Photoshop to repair the crop. Artboard is 640 width, images and bounding boxes are 640 width, however 32px are added. There are no hidden objects and text boxes are nested inside the main graphic.  

I'm Using Adobe XD CC 17.0.12.11 And I'm Trying To Access The Icon Plugin. But When I Click Plugins It Says Something Went Wrong. Please Close This Window And Try Again. And Then It Stops Responding.   <Title renamed by moderator>      

Hi,   Is there ANY way of installing Adobe XD which does not require it to have access to the Windows Runtime API? Our security team are refusing to budge on the stance by the NCSC (National Cyber Security Centre) that Adobe XD should be blocked from accessing the API.   Many thanks,   <Title renamed by moderator>
