Adobe XD

Windows 10 latest buildXD latest buildIssue: anytime I try to open a XD document or use one of the prebuilt templates, XD instantly crashes.I can get to the launch screen which shows the prebuilt templates and recent files but then BOOM. Gone.Attempts to fix:I've uninstalled and reinstalled.I've also tried downgrading to other versiuons and it fails to install (plenty of room on my SSD).I've sent in crash logs.My other Adobe CC programs work fine.Any suggestions? I thought it might be some plugin that hadn't been updated but was unsure how to delete the plugin or reset XD to it's default state.   <Title renamed by moderator>

Hello community,I hope I am doing something wrong but I'm afraid this is as intended and would love to hear your opinion.Situation:Adobe XD V: 40.1.22.3, CCS: 3.11.0.12, Windows 10Horizontal scroll container, elemenets within it have a tap trigger to a new artboard.Problem:When the prototype is running, releasing my tap / click will trigger the tap trigger. This results in use errors while swiping - like everytime.Discussion:Normally having a tap trigger fire on release instead of "tap motion" (or even worst: on touch) is a pretty good practice. But this normally has to be coupled with a time-buffer. This way you get the biggest freedom of use and those "finger down on a button - uuuuh wait - sliding off button - avoiding the user error"-moments. But how it is at the moment it is the exact opposite: swiping - ariving over button - letting go of the slide motion - triggering tap trigger "on release" = use error. Hi,  I lost a month's worth of work on Adobe XD Creative cloud. Everything was working alright until Adobe XD signed me out and asked me to sign in again. After resigning in, I could not recover my file anymore. I tried to search for it locally and on the cloud and it does not appear.  I've searched everywhere  in the AppData\Local\Packages\Adobe.CC.XD_adky2gkssdxte directory and could not find it. However when I access ACPLocalLogs file, it has an activity snapshot of the file I was working on. The file I am searching for is called "UX Design Shop Front".  Could you please help or advice? I think the file is lost somewhere in the cloud and I don't know how to retrieve it. I've attached the ACPLocalLogs file for reference.  Thank you 

Does anyone else start rocking slowly back and forth when they start to think about editing a component?

As per the plan comparison - https://www.adobe.com/in/products/xd/pricing/individual.html the started pack is mentioned as "for personal use". Can it be used for commerical purpose as well?

Hi, I get the Adobe XD Starter Plan as recommended by Google and I couldn't share the link to ask for users to test my prototype.It was the first time I was doing this and a message informed me I've reached the capacity for link sharing with my plan. Ask me to upgrade to publish more links.How is that possible? UX with Adobe XD is compromised.   {Renamed BY MOD}

Normally to deselect text I would click anywhere on the artboard, but this doesn't work after I highlight a part of the sentence and change color to it. I have to click on the text (because after using assets panel, artboard isn't active/in focus anymore) and only after that you can deselect it. Takes extra step which is annoying. Windows 10 XD version 4.0.1.   Working all morning on a mockup stored on the cloud.  All day I have been unable to undo - can't CTRL Z and the Edit > Undo is disabled.   I eventually get sick of not being able to make mistakes so I decide to exit and relaunch.  Unfortunately I can't.  Pressing the close red X doesn't do anything.  Going to File > Close doesn't do anything.  Alt+F4 does nothing.  So I go to task manager and kill the app.   I re-launch and all the work I have done is gone - and I still wasn't able to undo or close the application.   The application has been performing very poorly in recent weeks.  It crashes on me at least once a day.  2 or 3 times a day something strange happens - like I can't edit text or move things until I close and re-open the application.   <Title was renamed by moderator>

Exported PNG or JPG image renders with added transparency. I have to edit the file in Photoshop to repair the crop. Artboard is 640 width, images and bounding boxes are 640 width, however 32px are added. There are no hidden objects and text boxes are nested inside the main graphic.  

I'm Using Adobe XD CC 17.0.12.11 And I'm Trying To Access The Icon Plugin. But When I Click Plugins It Says Something Went Wrong. Please Close This Window And Try Again. And Then It Stops Responding.   <Title renamed by moderator>      

Hi,   Is there ANY way of installing Adobe XD which does not require it to have access to the Windows Runtime API? Our security team are refusing to budge on the stance by the NCSC (National Cyber Security Centre) that Adobe XD should be blocked from accessing the API.   Many thanks,   <Title renamed by moderator>  

HeyI am working on a animated Prototyp with a countdown effect. So if the users clicks on the product the coundown starts (60 seconds). Because the timer should work on the background if the user goes back to all products I have done a lot of copies to do a work around for it. If I test my prototyp ind XD everything works like it should. But if i generate a link for sharing it stocks on the first screen with a loading circle. Screen one shows the first page of my prototyp. I have 2 products, one with a timer and one without timer. I have created a 50 artboard and 40 component project where I wireframed all of the layouts. After I started to populate the components with specific styles the whole project stops responding. I cannot deselect a component I am currently modifying. I can change it styles but I cannot go into anything else. I am on Windows 10 - i7 laptop. My project when wireframed weighted 1mb after adding raster background and a couple of styles weighs about 2.8mb. You probably won't fix the issue until I am finished and I'll probably resort to dividing the project into smaller projects but it would be nice if you at least got a limit that the program won't support any more data...   <Title was renamed by moderator>

After last update I get blurred text in the section that specifies the document formats and the tool menu is also blurred. Never happened before. It doesn't happen in any other Adobe application than XD. I'm on Windows 10, always up to date.

Hello, i've been trying for a while to resolve by myself an issue i have with sharing my prototypes,when i open the shared link (for presentation) the prototype opens very slowly, interactions don't work welletc.my file is approx. 50mb and i've reduced all the image sizesmore to that i find the program itself is crashing now and then as well.Am i missing something?Thanks

Seems like there has been a regression of this issue:Font weight names change between Mac & Windows (Bold/Negreta & Italic/Cursiva) – Adobe XD Feedback : Feature Requests & … I'm using version 17 on both Windows and Mac and it has definitely not been resolved.Try multiple versions of Fira Sans for example: Google Fonts It's a pain to have to remap fonts all the time when moving files between platforms.Thanks for looking into this.

Dear Someone (who, I hope, will may be able to help me...)I have an issue with adobe XD. I'm trying to download a UI kit from Apple ressources (https://developer.apple.com/design/resources/) with a .dmg extention. But when I'm installing it and try to open it with the Adobe XD app, this one doesn't appear in the programs list available... I have the others (PS, Illustrator and so on... All the one I've installed, but no clue of Adobe XD). After research, it appears in the "common file", but I only have these elements : CSDKConfigurator and PluginCleanup, and none of them works to open the UI kit. I tried to remove and re-installed the app, but nothing change.Did I do something wrong ? Thank you in advance for everything. Ps : I'm french so if I'm not clear enough don't hesitate to tell me.Sonia
