Hi all,I got a problem.when I set applicationDomain = ApplicationDomain.currentDomain to loader.And The child SWF's root Sprite had a Class,but parent SWF without this Class.Do Repeat reloading and watching profiler.Profiler indicates the number of SWF's root Sprite which is Continuously rising.This represents a memory leak.81 times to reload & this profile is shown below.All other memory can be controlled well, except for SWF's root Sprite & related objects.this behavior is normal?Or Is there any way to solve?(This testing is on desktop platform with Air 20  & releas mode.)The same test is good working for setting applicationDomain = new ApplicationDomain(ApplicationDomain.currentDomain).

I noticed the current #1 downloaded game in US AppStore Slither.io is made with Adobe Air. 🙂Interesting since their web version is in pure Html5. I wonder if they could reuse much of the code?

Hello,I've just updated our desktop software to AIR 21, and ServerSocket connections are no longer being made. Hi guys,I use Animate CC to develop my app, and I have a problem : if I launch my app in debug mode, my breakpoints are completely ignored but I see the application's trace() in the output. Does anyone else uses Animate CC to develop an AIR app ? Does it work for you ? I really need to stop my app and see its state for the feature I'm implementing I tried with AIR 20 that is shipped with Animate CC and with the latest version available to download (176), and I tried with Windows / Android / iOS, nothing works.Thanks in advance

Hi guys,Until now, I used FLV videos in my app and that worked great, but the performances aren't that great so I'm trying to migrate to MP4 videos and hardware accelerated decoding.I tried both StageVideo and VideoTexture, and I noticed that with Air 22 Beta (Build 89), on Android (tested on my Galaxy S6) the video and the audio are clearly out of sync after 30 seconds of video. On Windows, the bug appears too but a little less. But the exact same file and code with Air 21 (build 176) and Air 20 works just fine. And the bug appear on both StageVideo and VideoTexture.Did anyone noticed this ? Should I open a ticket in the BugBase ? I'm trying to get a video to play in an Away3d texture on iOS. I'm developing an iOS app on Animate CC. I tried using StageWebView class within the app in order to display a webpage but despite all my efforts on following the documents to the letter I was unable to view the webpage neither on my iPad nor on my iPhone. It works perfectly fine on AIR debug launcher (test movie) but when I run it on either of the devices, all I see is a blank white rectangular. I wonder whether this class has no iOS support or there is some other reason. Hi Adobe team,I would like to know if there are plans to update the Adobe AIR SQLite part in? For example you can call type commands 'PRAGMA', or just have the latest version of SQLite engine. I am developing an app in Flash CS6 targeting AIR 21.0.0.176 for Android.  I have set up listeners for NativeApplication.nativeApplication Event.ACTIVATE and Event.DEACTIVATE.  These work as expected when the Android device is running standalone or if I am debugging via the USB interface to CS6. However if I deploy to the local simulator, then whenever I use the simulator interface to generate a change in accelerometer or geolocation, the app receives a DEACTIVATE event.This makes troubleshooting difficult because on my DEACTIVATE event handler I by stop all interactive functions in the app.Any ideas please?

Hello,I developed some games using Adobe Air with Starling and Flare3D engine. Next big thing I would like to dig in are VR/AR games. Now I read that Adobe wants to abandon Flare3D and other 3D engines. Well, I like Flare3D very much, it's so usefull for my work!!First I want to ask why you do that, the guys are doing such a great job?Regarding VR/AR development, is AS3 and Adobe Air the right base to start projects for VR/AR or aren't you supporting developers for that?Thanks for information, best regards,Rocco

I use ADK21 to package my app ,it reports error:/Users/leefangjie/develop/as3_space_v3/AaA/bin-debug/AOT/AaA.ipa (No such file or directory)this project is empty , Just on startup as  file.I package use company/org  .p12 and .mobileprovision FlashBuilder report error above;when i change the .p12 and .mobileprovision of my   individual apple account to package same app, success and no error report.is anyone have some idea about this? or it is a bug of air21?

I have a mobile app I am working on using AIR19 and Intellij.On iOS it performs fine, taking around 4 seconds to load.but on Android (version 5.1) it takes 35 seconds. Which is killer for my app.I have added  timing points to time how long it takes to load, and what I find is the app is ready to go in about 4 seconds (reported via dump of startup time log to bugsnag after startup).Then something is leaving it with a black screen for the next 30 second.This is true for both the debug and release version.Yesterday by accident I reduced the time down to 6 seconds.But then it changed back to 35 second by apparent magic!Any clues as to how to determine what is happening?

A new non-beta version of AIR was released yesterday, but in the release notes it still says we can't package IPA on a Windows machine for release. Adobe, is this for  real? It's been a while since AIR 19.

I have a certificate that I got from DigiCert that I'm signing my .air files with through Flash Builder. When I run the .air file on Windows to install the app, the Publisher is displayed properly as my company's name. However, on Mac, the Publisher shows up as UNKNOWN.I have a Mac that still has AIR 17 installed and if I compile an application using the AIR 20.0 sdk, I get UNKNOWN publisher, but if I compile using AIR 16.0 sdk, the Publisher shows up properly on that AIR 17 machine. All the other Macs in the office have AIR 21 installed and both versions of the app, compiled with AIR 16 and AIR 20 sdks, show the UNKNOWN publisher when installing on them.

I have a simple application, it simply loops through a list of swf files and for each file calls a little application that I wrote that displays them. The originating application does not provide a way to display them, so I wrote the other in Air. I created 6 of these Air applications(AirFlash1.exe, AirFlash2.exe, etc) to go round robin on playing the flash as I noticed that calling the same executable for two simultaneously displaying flash files created some stuttering in the flash animations. So, for each swf, one of the Air executables is called, it displays the swf for a certain duration and then closes itself.Anyway, everything works well for the first thousand or so calls to the Air executables -- the calling application can run for days. After a while, the Air executables start to not close themselves. I end up with something like this in the EventViewer.
