We have another installation issue from one of our customers, and this is the only incident of this error we've ever seen. here is what she says:"I get to the Air installation and approval to install on the computer step and then the progress bar on the AIR installer just never registers.  "Her log file shows two other AIR programs installing without issue, so I am surprised this isn't working. Hi,I am developing a multiplayer game using Adobe AIR and Starling. I am facing a big issue i.e. my game cannot create context3d(on which Starling runs) on some machines. I have checked their graphics configuration which is good enough to run my game. But still my game stops on those machines. But when I try to run my game in "Software mode" then it runs perfectly on those machines. So I searched for the solution and I came to the conclusion that the problem is of GPU. So I wanted to know that which GPUs or GPU driver version are not supported by "Context3D" (which uses GPU). And also if I am wrong then please help me. Four images are attached below of two machines. There configuration is same, on first one it runs but on second one it does not. The only difference that I can find is driver version.My game runs on below machine.My game does not run on below machine.Thanks in advance.

I have created push notification certificate and installed it not installing. when I used other certificate it is installing well. Is it possible to generate .dsym file on windows with adt or maybe with flash builder ?

Seems like the only thing I'm downloading is the installer. I downloaded the ADOBE AIR  from the ADOBE website and I do get the request to install but something goes wrong. After the program is "installed" I try to open the program through the icon on my desktop and all I get is this set up window below . I just bought this computer like 5 days ago so it has a ton of space.. HELP ME!! i need adobe to study!!! i have PDG GOLD 2015 and CDC GOLD programs needing this app/program-KB

Dear Adobe,AIR is an awesome cross platform solution, I have already published a multi platform product using AIR technology, my product website is https://verylab.com/Nowadays the hardwares of mobile devices are fairly high spec, even the cheap price devices can handle AIR applications pretty well, it's safe to say that the performance issue of AIR on modern mobile devices is no longer the case, which is great!The way I see it, the only thing that holds me back is not able to write ANE with Swift. I googled the internet and found the problem is: Swift is a dynamic framework, and AIR ANE only supports static frameworks, so we have to write ANE with Objective-C.The language grammar between Swift and ActionScript has many commons, which is easy for ActionScript developers to learn and write Swift codes. It's a HUGE let down that AIR ANE does not support Swift : (Is there any way or any workaround for AIR ANE to support Swift?If there is a way, is Adobe planning on support it?Regards,Ge Z

We have developed an Adobe AIR application that we point to the URL of our flash web application. We are seeing differences in the communication behavior of our web application with the Adobe AIR container verses Internet Explorer. We are seeing some communication drops fro the Adobe AIR container in our requests back to the web server for requests that take a longer time. Internet Explorer seems to be much more tolerant and handles much better.Today I was debugging some processing on the web server. I observed that Internet Explorer would wait nicely for my debugging. When I attempted the same thing with the Adobe AIR Container, it fails in the communications.As I missing some configuration of the Adobe AIR container? 

So I showed the app that I have been developing on the desktop to many people and they think we need to bring it to the masses on mobile devices.  My app has to heavily process data that could take forever to process on a mobile device and display it in tabular form.  This would be inefficient.  So the plan is to do all of the heavy processing on a mainframe every night at 3am.  Then, a mobile user would only need to download the processed data when the app opens instead of processing it on the device, and they could sort and filter the data using the application as they see fit.  This would make it much more responsive. I will be the first to admit that I am not a very good programmer.  I do not have the skills or time to write an app in different languages for each device and to maintain them.  I need a platform that I can write once and it will work on iOS and Android on both phones and tablets.  The only prerequisites that I have is that I ca

Upon publishing I get the  error "Warning: Application has not specified its permission  requirements in application.xml" Does Flash CS5 spew out application.xml  (under air for aindroid) or do I need to create it manually first?Cheers

Hi,I've got a landscape iOS app that prompts the user to choose an image from their camera roll. When I open the camera roll on an iPhone the app temporarily flips from a landscape app to a portrait app (which obviously looks pretty bad as my interface is not the correct aspect ratio so I get a cropped interface and the bottom of the screen is just white).After the user has selected an image (or cancelled) the app looks fine again. The problem is just for a second whilst waiting for the camera roll interface to show.I raised an issue with AIR24 in the tracker system AIR-4198224 (Tracker) - but was hoping it would be fixed in AIR25. I've just tested it now and it still seems to be a problem in AIR25 beta It has worked wonderfully in the past - hoping we can get a fix in for AIR25 ?

Since updating to AIR SDK 24 (switching from SDK 21) movie clips which were positioned inside a fullscreen Appare now sometimes not responding to touch events properly,as if they are actually offset to the actual position on screen.This means that while clicking a button was working fine in up till version of SDK 21.in SDK 24, the user has to click on the lower part of the button for it to work.This has been observed consistently on Android 6 and 5, whileusing Classic display list objects over a Stage3D.Sometimes the toolbar which is part of the Android navigationappears at the bottom, stealing some height, and sometimes it does not.This also creates unexpected behaviours in the UI

Hi , I am trying to make it work a TextInput mobile with embeded font. For regrets the embedded font don'w shown.I found this in the documentation of FLex , but it doesn;t help. I have implemented both format of the font with CFF and without . Hi,From version 22, I can`t use jenkins for compilation, the process just fail at compile-abc. With Air SDK 24, I have a memory dump. I read on another topic to change hideAneLibSymbols parameter, but not working for me. Hey all,I've created a flash game that i'm using adobe air to publish it for mobile devices.  At first I did a lot of research and decided the best stage size would be 960x640 for my game.My game has been completed and I'm testing it on many devices.  I have it set to go full screen on the device and it runs very slow.  What's i'm noticing is because it's full screen, it really didn't matter the stage size.  On my Note 4, the game stretches to 2560 x 1440 (the devices resolution) and because of the massive number of pixels it needs to render each frame, the game runs slow.I'm not using any filters, vectors (all text in game is bitmaps), alphas, etc.  The game is entirely bitmaps.  I'm assuming the game runs slow just due to the screen size. I read people saying "make your game X resolution cause it's best for ipads, or make it X resolution cause it's best for retna displays, etc.  Maybe i'm missing something, but if it's stretched to the devices resol
