I'm presuming this is an issue with my old build tools - but I am wondering if there is a work around: trying to package an AiR product with Flash Builder 4.5 or Flash Develop and I just get the error Could not generate timestamp -

I create myVideo.mp4 in File.documentsDirectory at iOS. I can see it in the Images and it works.When I try to remove it (moveToTrash() || deleteFile()) I get no error with try-catch.When I try to remove it (moveToTrashAsync() || deleteFileAsync()) I get event complete.When I ask if exist I get false. Everything seems fine but video file remain there!Any idea why?

Using Air 23 sdk on Android with displaystate of normal (ie. not full screen so you see the Android bar at the top of the app), calling the cameraUI.launch( MediaType.VIDEO ), recording a video and when returning from the recording the displaystate changes to fullscreen where the top part of the app is covered by the Android bar at the top - is there a fix for this? On return from the video recording, tried setting the displaystate to normal, but didn't work, top of app is still covered by the Android top bar.

I am developing an Air Desktop app to run on a PC.The client has supplied me with several video files in mov format that I can see have some sort of transparent background. Basically the video is of a person dancing and the rest of the screen is totally blacked out.I tested exporting it as a series of PNG files (PNG Sequence with Alpha) with Media Encoder CC and i can import the PNG files into Animate and it makes the black area transparent.However each PNG file is 1920 x 1080 and there are 1800 PNG files for just one of the videos.So I want to know if there is a better way to display this video animation within Animate with the transparency? If not, would there be any implications of having so many PNG files? Thanks in advance

Hello all!So, I've been utilizing the Milkman Games ANE for Android in-app billing and regularly come across the same issue.Every so often a customer will claim they did not receive their iAP consumable item for an app on Google Play. The purchase flow works fine; orders come in, the transactions complete. So my assumption is that the issue lies somewhere with the consuming process. Presumably, not every customer has an issue because I'll see the same iAP items being purchased and 4/5 times they go well and I don't get a complaint email. Test in app purchases also process fine. The code is working - its all properly functioning. I don't understand the hang up on some purchases.I'd be naive to assume there arent customers that spend money on something and claim they didnt get it only to get their money back and keep what they bought. However, I dont have a way to verify they received their items.My questions are:** How long does the iAP consume process typically take from Purchase to Re

I have updated the local version of the jre folder to 1.8 ( to fix issue - Packaging error: Could not generate timestamp ). However; I am now receiving errors when trying to embed .otf fonts in the air file via a .css file. This has been working and nothing about it has changed. The only thing about the entire project that changed was the jre folder that I updated.Is anyone else having this issue? Is there a way I can get it to build and embed the font files?

Hi, I tried to run two  old applications that are using air and I get the message that a version or air is needed see screenshot but this not ok air is installed. So I tried to uninstall air from my windows program uninstaller and get the same message see the attached screenshot. I run the adobe air installation and everything go ok and it tell me that the installation run ok so I retry the application and same message that air version is not installed again, I tried to uninstall again adobe air but I can't I get the same message again that a version of air is needed. I get the log installation from adobe air in my user app air log see attached screenshot. The message from the application and the uninstall are the same.  Now I am in trouble because I don't know what to do, ??????????????

I have developed an AIR application for Windows desktop (AIR v22.0.0.153), which allows users to design a logo and then send it via email (using airxmail v0.7). I have tested the 'send email' functionality using a gmail account and SMTP, and this works fine on several PCs. The application is installed on a PC in a museum, which is connected to the local network there. The app installed at the museum can successfully send the emails from my testing gmail account, however, the intention is to send the emails from the museums own email account, via their own local server.No authentication is required to send the emails through the server at the museum, I just have the details of the SMTP host and port. Whenever the app attempts to send an email using the server, it triggers IOErrorEvent with errorID 2031.Can anyone advise what is required to make this work?

I downloaded the adobe air free version and went to install it. It went through the process and said it was installed, now I can't find it on my computer

Hi,Presently I'm running on AIR 22.0. From recent few days we noticed adt failed to reach it's default timestamp server while compiling thus compilation error. I read the default timestamp server to adt is "https://timestamp.geotrust.com/tsa ", discussed at: adt.bat Could not generate timestamp: Cannot parse the response When I tried to manually open the link to browser, I've returned "404 -- Page Not Found" error. Is this supposed to be if I try to navigate manually to that URL? Or it's something broken at geoTrust side or Adobe needs to taken care?Thanks!Santanu

My photos have a problem of critical orientation in portrait mode and in landscape mode.The bitmap returned by the contentLoaderInfo.content that is available on image load complete returns a Bitmap that is not in the "natural" orientation.I received return who was solved with the AIR 23 version, but the CameraUI not return me to rotation at the save image.Tks []

I developed a program with Adobe Flash Professional CS6(Air for Desktop)the program worked well to Adobe AIR 22.0.0.153. but After updating to 23.0.0.246, But this don't work well.  please help me.After Uninstalling Adobe AIR 23.0.0.257 again, if I install  Adobe AIR 22.0.0.153 then this program works well.

Please guys, i'm needing ao much help with this ane... I'm using adobe flash CS6 with the last update. My problem is when i try to build ipa with gamecenter 64bit ane and productstore 64 bit ane delivered from adobe. I always get libgamecenter.a and libproductstore.a are required... But insine ane/meta-.../ there is a libxx.a file... I tried to do all and nothing works and i realized that if I create a new file, and try to use this anes i get another error in CS6 telling that temp files are not found as ABC (something like this).i'm needing this to much because i'm finishing my game to publish...please if you know how to fix it help me.‌

Earlier this month (September 8 to be exact), I have successfully created an app which one of its functionality is open image file as then animate it once it was loaded.It was:built with Apache Flex 4.15 with AIR 20 packaged using native target so it could run under AIR runtime v20 installed on my PC NO error(s) in the projectran properly without any problems. Hi,Usually when I want to grab data directly such as text fields from an application on windows I will use the win32 API and on MacOS I will use Applescript. I recently stumbled across an application created in Adobe AIR on MacOS and I have no access to any controls/elements within the application via Applescript. I have no experience with adobe air so I am wondering if its possible to read data out of the application using an API? It is not my application and I do not have access to any of the source code. If this is possible then any documentation / examples or even a nudge in the right direction would be greatly appreciated!Thanks.

Hi,I have written code in swift and generated framework not I want to create ANE using this framework. I have created ANE multiple times so I tried with same process but when I use that ANE in sample project then it crashes in start.Error msg is: " dyld library not loaded @rpath/ reason image not found ".Please suggest me what I have to do to use embedded framework. As I check in xcode then we need to add such framework in "Embedded Binaries". But I didn't find such option here. Please help.Thanks,Pankaj
