Animate

We want the sound files which are present in Adobe Animate Library since we lost our original Sound files. Can you please suggest solution for how to export sound files from Animate tool

Hello, Please could anyone help me. I have a music file that I have on its own layer and set to "Start" in the sound properties on the first frame of Scene 1. When I test the movie it's right and when I export as SWF it's fine. However, when I export as any other media type e.g H.264 or mpeg4 the music starts playing on frame 1 of scene 2. I cannot work this out. It is 100% set to the right frame on the right scene, so I don't understand why it plays at the start of scene 2. I am baffled. Thanks in advance.

I've put a button right at the bottom. On mouseover on that button an object should appear at the bottom. And on mouseout it should disappear again. Pretty straightforward. When I hover over the green button the purple rectangle appears and on mouseout it disappears again. The problem is when I put this html file inside an iframe. Because the green button is right at the bottom right a mouseout on it isn't always detected. Hi,I'm new to Animate cc and I have a project (animate cc html canvas) I know haow to do the animation, the client sent me many files inclsding quiz files, they are separated files, he want te replace the English text and sound with another languge, should I combine them together or just replace the text and sound with the other language and then send them that way, cause there is no way to combine the files together. Also I need to know the steps of the eleaning course using animate cc, what are the steps should be done after that to finish the course to be completely ready.

I've got a 360 panorama still frame that I want to use for a Youtube video and I want to animate some elements on it. What would be the best workflow to do that? I've got a tinkered .PSD file with all the needed layers separated and I want to animate some of them. That .PSD is then put into Premiere Pro which seems to be the best tool to convert panoramas for VR.

Hi, I have an Acer Spin 5 Laptop (with the included pen) and the pen pressure option is not appearing when I try to enable it. I've heard about not having a driver for it but I am not sure. Thank you in advance

I have a button with a hover effect in my file, dynamic text, and when you click on the ad it's supposed to go to a specific URL. All these components work when I test them in Animate. However, when I publish, the hover effect doesn't work and I'm not able to click on the ad. Any idea on why this is?When I move the hover layer to the bottom, the ad becomes clickable again. But no matter how I rearrange, the hover will not work when published. 

Here's a weird thing:  I have two layers, locked and hidden;  I have a movieclip symbol that's supposed to bounce through the piece.  But, when I use Test Movie to preview my animation, they show up.  Worse yet, my movieclip symbol doesn't move when I save as an animated GIF...

The Shortcut keys on my drawing tablet do not work on adobe animate or flash, they probably don’t work correctly on every adobe program. On my computer yes but not on my tablet,  How do i fix it?My tablet is Xp-pen artist 22e pro 

Hi there.I was trying out Animate for an animation project and I found out that the pressure option for the brush is missing. I tried to start drawing first and then look for it on the toolbar, but nothing changes. It just isn't there. I'm using a 2 in 1 Dell precision 5530 with its pen (the pen supports pressure and rotation and has no problem on photoshop or illustrator).Does anyone know what I'm doing wrong?

Hi everyone, I would be  really grateful if someone could tell me if  my graphics chip NVIDIA GeForce GT 755M 1024 MB would be suitable for Adobe Character animator. A GPU with at least OpenGL 3.2 support is a system requirement. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to understand if this chip comes with that.  If this chip isn't suitable, can anyone suggest a good solution for an iMac Late 2013? Sorry for what is probably a very basic/stupid question but I was having no luck finding this information myself.  Cheers   

I'm on adobe animate CC 2019, using a Wacom Intuos art tablet. When I use the brush tool, every single stroke I draw moves slightly to the right and down. It is a really small movement it does, but it affects me when I try to draw something specifically. I draw a line normally, but when I lift the pen back, the stroke moves a tiny bit always.

Guys, I have no idea what is going on, but I really regret updating my animate. I can't draw in it at all. The pen and eraser tools drag severely and when I zoom in with the hope of maybe that improving it, it doesn't. No matter how I adjust the pen size, it just doesn't want to work like it used to. This sucks, especially since I have an assignment due tomorrow. Smdh

trying old bouncing ball.  draw twelve frames and playback shows all the balls sequentially but not the normal single image of the bouncing ball drawings.  Following instructions of selecting next frame and insert keyframe button and draw.and so forth. help.mac and animate cc and ipad pen tablet on sidecar.

How can I load external Html page (created in Animate CC local file) as a pop window in my main page. For example I want to have my main page with lets say 3 buttons. I click button one and that opens a popupwindow on my main page with content on it. maybe a video or video. Same for buttons 2 and 3 but they will hold different content.  If they click a button on that page they will return to the main page.  If I save this as one page it will be a huge file so I have to have multiple pages and communicate between each page to the one main page. Any help is very much appreciated.  

Hey so i dont know if im explaining this right but in Animate cc i have a symbol of some hair that ive already set to move around with keyframes and classic tweens now when i go into that symbol and make the timeline the same frame length as the projec then use the morph tool to make the hair move when i go back out at every keyframe in the original timeline the loop of the hair moving restarts from frame one of the timeline within the symbol. Any help is appricated thanks

Can somebody help me out in this situation? I tried searching this problem up, and it's either I don't understand what the exact solution is, or its not the same issue that im having. Either way, I need someone to guide me on this. I was animating a project I was working on Animate CC, when something odd occurred. Not only did it scramble up and mess up where I placed each frame, but it also keeps telling me I'm having compiler errors? I never had this problem before so, please help me out on this one.

When I uploaded an audio file it works well when i start at the beginning ,but if I try to play it at a different time or scrub through it, I hear nothing.

I keep getting an error called: "Error creating SWF movie file""Be sure the destionation file is not read-only or opened by another application. Also, check that the file name is not too long."

I have an interactive ebook that I created using Adobe Animate. I have published it by including the Javascript in the HTML file and I have exported the images as textures which are saved in a folder named "images". I uploaded my HTML file and images folder into my Wordpress media library and used an iframe on Elementor's html5 element to place my ebook on to the webpage. However, only a blank screen shows up.This could be due to my inexperience - I am designer very new to coding and development. Any help/ ideas is much appreciated. Thanks so much in advance! 🙂
