FrameMaker (September 2026 Release) is now available!

We are pleased to share that FrameMaker (September 2026 Release) is now available.

FrameMaker (September 2026 Release) delivers critical security fixes and library upgrades. This release addresses vulnerabilities related to parsing XLS, XLSX, DOCX, RTF, DXF, MIF, and PCT files. It also upgrades the OpenSSL, Node.js, libcurl, SCC, libexpat, and LibTIFF libraries for improved stability, performance, and protection against common vulnerabilities.

How to install
To install, please follow these instructions:

1. If you are updating from FrameMaker 17.0.0.226 or its subsequent updates, you must manually download and install FrameMaker (September 2026 Release) from the Download FrameMaker page. For more details, refer to Upgrade Adobe FrameMaker to the latest version.
2. If you are updating from FrameMaker 18.0.0.206, click Help > Check for Updates.
