Now in Beta: RED R3D performance improvement

I'm excited to tell you that today's beta of Premiere Pro - v22.3, build 22 - dramatically improves the playback performance of RED R3D raw files. 

In this beta, customers with Apple silicon computers will see the performance benefit. Future beta releases will add the same benefit for customers using Windows. 

If you work with R3D files and you've got an Apple silicon computer, we'd love to get your feedback on this change.
