Before you begin
Creating designs using Adobe Express in Acrobat is available to free and paid users on desktop and web, with the app language set to English. On Adobe Acrobat Reader for desktop, the feature is still rolling out and may not be visible to all users yet. You must sign in to your Adobe account to use this feature.
Create a design from a PDF Space
- Open the PDF Space.
- Select Create from the left pane and then select Design.
- Adobe Acrobat summarizes the content of the PDF Space and shows a preview of design suggestions.
- Select a thumbnail to open the design in an enlarged preview.
- Type your request in the chat to pull out the specific details you want in your design or select a suggested prompt.
Tip: To make detailed changes, select Edit in Adobe Express. You can then select any point in the design and submit a prompt for Adobe Express to make the change.
- Edit the design by typing a request in the chat, such as changing the headline colour to navy.
- Adobe Acrobat applies one change at a time, so if you type multiple requests, only the first change is applied.
